Really really happy!!
I think this is my first review for any company, however the customer service with this company was that good!
I contacted them with an item query and almost immediately received a reply with a detailed and really polite response.
A really personal service, not only that, I received my item and I am absolutely in love with my jumpsuit!
I will definitely be shopping from Vivichi again x

Superb customer service
One of the best experiences of customer service I’ve ever had,
I contacted Vivichi with a hope to guarantee a quick delivery. Usually when I contact an online website it takes days to get back to me however j was lucky enough to speak to a girl called Sophie who was extremely friendly and helpful.
She was able to change my delivery address to a different location in an attempt to ensure I received my order.
I cannot thank you enough, and I would highly recommend this website for any online shoppers 🙂

One of the best online shopping experiences i’ve had! I ordered during the horrible winter weather and was very impressed to recieve my order soo quickly in perfect condition despite the weather. The quality of my purchase was very good quality as well .. nothing about vivichi disappointed me :) i’m looking forward to ordering from vivichi again & i would definitley recommend vivichi to all my friends ☺️

Amazing customer service!
Quite possibly the best customer service I have ever dealt with! Lovely selection of clothes and would recommend highly to anyone. Couldnt have been more helpful with my order and very fast responses to any queries I had. They went beyond to even contact PayPal on my behalf when I had an issue to try and help me out!
