I ordered a jacket that had a brown trim with a silver zipper, supposed to be somewhat fitted, with voluminous fur in the interior. The fabric appeared to be a textured fleece/cotton mix. WHAT CAME: Polyester material, with black trim (no brown leather), over-sized for a medium (appears to be an extra large), and it has a cheap black zipper with thin fur in the hood. The website clearly states 30-day guarantee returns with full refunds. This item was supposedly a final sale and offers no refund which was expressed after many back and forth emails questioning my return. I feel the product was completely falsely advertised and would never be a product I would purchase EVER. The customer service was horrible, and I highly recommend steering clear from this company. Plus, the product took forever to arrive. Don’t waste your money. I would love to post photos of what I was expecting from their site and what I actually received.

Liars! Scammers! Total fraud! This is not a "boutique" and the items are complete garbage. Nothing is as advertised. The items you receive will look nothing like the fabricated AI photos shown on the website. This is a scam orchestrated by people who have no souls. Do not give them your money. And fight to shut them down.

The item ordered was not what I received. Do Not Buy From This Company. I wrote to company and was basically told sales were final even though the site says returns. the following is copied right from the web site.

Don't do it! What you receive WILL NOT be what you ordered. This is not a cute family shop in Charleston, SC. This is a company in China and the items are cheaply made and look nothing like what you ordered. I wish I hadn't b/c now I'm stuck with something I would not have spent money on - they make returns close to impossible. I'm not the only reviewer saying this - believe us!

Clothes are not what they appear to be on website photos. They are poor quality and refunds are not offered if clothing does not fit or not what one expected.
