I'm really happy to have contacted Vivere Londra. Marco has been a wonderful help in getting me an appointment to renew my passport when I was getting really frustrated in trying by myself. He has been really patient with me and always explained any issue I was having with the paperwork.
In the end everything went well and without any problems at all. Thank you Marco
