VIVENSE London Arvostelua 

Despite all reviews, I decided to take a chance and ordered the Geo side cupboard several months ago. I didn't expect much quality wise but it turned out the cupboard looked much better in the picture than in reality. The pattern is actually painted on the doors and looks really shiny which makes it look cheap. The customer service for the returns was a little slow but in the end they were very helpful and friendly and a refund was made. So much potential though.

Poor quality item arrived, wardrobe doors don’t fit together properly. Some of the parts on the instructions were switched out for cheaper shoddy quality parts. Drawers fit badly and are hard to open and close. Definitely will being throwing it away when I eventually move

There was a mix up with one of my orderes i placed two orders. But the staff were excellent and communication was great the easily sorted the issue for me i am currently waiting on my orders re delivery which takes a while no fault to the company

Erdem was great and very helpful. Built our wardrobe and ensured everything was perfect. We had 2 pieces break in the shipping but he helped us navigate customer support to order new ones.

Good communication and prompt email response

Undamaged item. Assembly instructions were in Turkish so I emailed them virtual immediate response and good follow up emails too but I had managed to assemble the item. Strong and looks perfect in my lounge.

TRUST PILOT says Vivense want more information. They clearly don't after a 100% positive review??

Wardrobe arrived with broken mirrors but everything else arrived in good condition.

Support was very helpful and offered to replace both damaged mirrors straight away.

The wardrobe assembly was a bit confusing as the instructions provided in the box and on the website had different parts as to what was in the box.

Actual assembly was no problem.

Received my Isabelya Single Bed today. I was shocked at the shoddy quality of everything. From the inconsistent staining, to the poor finish on every surface. The rattan headboard is more glue that wood with big ugly globs behind each strut. I don’t even know where to begin with the chipped and un-sanded surfaces. The pre-drilled holes on the slats are wilding inconsistent. To think I paid £328 for a bed that looks as though it was made from off cuts found on the workshop floor. Do not buy this bed, it is a rip off. I am beyond disappointed, be warned!

Excellent experience with Vivense, I initially had a specific request about a product which they answered immediately, very high levels of customer service and good products

Delivery is very slow however the delivery times are stated on the site. I believe the items are rebranded items shipped from Turkey.
The item arrived with some damage to the box however the contents were undamaged from shipping.
The product itself (TV Unit) is of poor quality, I'm a very competent DIYer with trade quality tools and putting it together was a nightmare.
Parts were labelled incorrectly, the instructions near useless. There's about 80 screws that need screwed in with no pilot or guide holes so aligning the pieces was an absolute nightmare, causing damage to some pieces. The dowels were too long and needed cut down.
The piece does look nice but I would struggle to recommend purchasing from Vivense based upon my experience

Assembly service was amazing! The assembly professional was very careful with the furniture, minding the needs of the customer (a 3 year old child). Very clean and no messy service.

Quality of the product is awful tough. I will live with most of issues but I’m requesting a replacement of one part as this is compromising the safety of my child.

Waited 2 months for a bed frame only for it to arrive with major damage to the headboard, with the wood extensively chipped and a big crack down one of the legs. Further, some of the screw holes were missing and some of the wooden parts didn’t slot together so I had to use a saw and electric drill. I’m being sent a new headboard and the customer service team replied quickly to my request, but I’m really disappointed with the poor quality product given the price point and time it took to arrive. Wish I could’ve returned it but unfortunately I’m not able to within the time frame, and a new bed would take another few months to arrive so I’ve just had to make do with it for now. The new headboard itself is taking 6 weeks. Would recommend avoiding this company!

When I got my item delivered, there was parts missing and needed 2 parts replacing due to damage. When I got intouch with customer services they looked after me really well and was very effeciant and attentive to my needs. 5 stars for me⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I wanted to write a feedback for Erdem for the excellent job he did with the furniture assembly, as last week he completed my corner wardrobe assembly.
His efficiency in completing the assembly was impressive. Every component was assembled with precision, resulting in a sturdy and aesthetically pleasing piece of furniture. He was very easy to communicate and he kindly explained/answered any questions I had regarding the product. He was very responsive with the earlier communications to set up the date for his visit to assemble the wardrobe. Further to his very professionally completed task, he was very friendly and kind all throughout the process. I have more orders from Vivense which will require assembly, looking forward to working with Erdem more. Thank you.

Delivery is delayed due to production issues but Customer service always updated me on the status. Once the tv unit is ready for dispatch, it was quick. I am happy with my order.
