I came to viven health hub for a breast uplift, implant replacement and upper blepharoplasty. So far I am very happy with the care I have recieved, staff are very compassionate and hard working. The hospital i used was orion in istanbul, it is modern, medically clean, the staff were amazing looking after me pre opp and post opp. Not once felt uncomfortable. My surgeon was very informative, precise and honestly I could not be happier with the results so far. I am only three days post operation and feel no pain. I will continue the aftercare advice and medication that was prescribed. My co ordinator is fabulous, speaks fantastic English, friendly, caring, definitely deserves a raise. I feel well looked after and I would use this company again. If any issues arise I am confident that they will be as professional in solving any problems.

My wife had Rhinoplasty done with Vivenhealth hub and i had hairtransplant.
We are over the moon with both procedures.
We were collected and dropped from airport to hotel and appointments, great people for translating and explaining everything.

Viven health hub is amazing company as iv been with them since November 2025 . Everything iv asked of them has been done . Any problems as been sorted out with no problem at all . I will be using this company again

I am just back from Istanbul from the lovely viven health hub. I had a botched surgery 14 years prior and viven was the place I chose to fix my issue.
I flew in on the Sunday and even though they were closed we were straight to work I had my bloods done and sent to an absolutely stunning hotel to enjoy a rest before my surgery next day.
I met with my surgeon the next morning (we had already had video phone consultations)
He was an absolute gent the way he spoke to me his mannerism and professionalism the way he understood requirements of what I expected from my surgery.... i felt so at ease the hospital is absolutely stunning and spotless.....
After my surgery I spent a night at the hospital well fed and looked after,
I was then brought to my 5* hotel to relax for the week wit my medication and antibiotics. My care co-ordinators were absolutely great they couldn't do enough for me.
Day before home my bandages were taken off and I was brought back to my hotel. Im left so happy and pleased with how viven have looked after me. How the surgeon stiched me you can barley see my scars they are minimal. Im over the moon with my surgery and experience i fly back to Ireland tomorrow and I will definitely be recommending viven to my friends. 5 star treatment i received

Awful customer service, very bad experience all round.

Awful company — avoid!

They use influencers to promote their business, they leave you butchered. When you try to contact them to resolve the issues they had caused, they ignore you.

I also found the way they publicly shame people completely unacceptable. when you refuse to promote them, they publicly shame you and involve other influencers—some of whom are known for bullying behaviour—to join in. Their behaviour towards customers has been extremely intimidating and feels like bullying.

I would not recommend this company.

Save your money and go elsewhere. Awful — avoid!

Do not go with this company. They will butcher you and then ignore you. They offer all the influencers for free surgery and that’s why they’re promoted online as good. They’re awful! They have given Bridget Wall and Safron Marie lots of free surgeries and they are both well known for degrading women’s appearances regularly and online bullying. AVOID. Don’t listen to reviews from people that have been given free surgery!

What a great team of people! My experience with viven healthhub has been amazing they made me feel so comfortable and relaxed for the duration of my stay. I honestly can't fault them at all. Thank you and I will most definitely be seeing you again soon.

Couldn’t recommend enough the full team has gone above and beyond hospital is outstanding and very clean hotel is beautiful and also very clean transfer was easy and comfortable ! Sarina has been a blessing the whole way through she couldn’t of done anymore if she tried 🙏🏼

Everyone was so helpful and in our case they went above and beyond. Would highly recommend. Hospital is great and hotel was lovely. Transport was comfy. Definately would use them again. Overall an amazing experience with them. Sahar is very helpful and kind. Nothing was too much for her.
