This was a fantastic rental experience. Our flight times for both the outbound and return journey had changed, but Maurizio and Christian helped us in a creative and extremely friendly way. This kind of service is rare nowadays.

Il miglior autonoleggio che abbia provato. Grande disponibilità del personale che hanno reso il noleggio una procedura molto semplice e veloce. Prelevato la macchina fuori orario di servizio con procedura di self check in e uno dei dipendenti è rimasto sveglio per eventualmente aiutarmi con la procedura. La macchina era nuova e pulita. Consigliatissimo e sicuramente noleggerò di nuovo con VivaRent.

Picking up the car at Napoli Stazione Centrale and returning it at FCO was easy. Instructions were clear and were followed up in Napoli before I arrived with communications via wa and pics. After I returned the car at FCO there was a question about a possible damage which Fadi looked into it and solved it while communicating with me the whole time. I appreciated his efforts.

I paid for PREMIUM SUV price but they offer me Ds4 .It isnt even suv they push me to pick this car because they dont have any option and dont even try to find another suv. I will never ever have service from you .They told me i can call supplier waow thanks for great solitions. They even try to convince me DS4 is a premium SUV. Even DS dont üdentify their model as a SUV.

I arrived late to pick up the car (flight re-routing) but this was accepted by Vivarent

Bijzonder goede service, splinternieuwe wagen voorzien van alle snufjes. Zeer lage borg die bij de inlevering onmiddellijk werd vrijgegeven. Ze waren ook zo vriendelijk om ons naar ons hotel in het centrum te brengen in plaats van naar de luchthaven. Onderweg kregen we nog vele tips voor ons verblijf in de stad. Dit bedrijf is absoluut TOP! Onze beste ervaring ooit!
