Not the best nor the worst. The pros are is that the customer service is polite and you can also modify your outfit to suit to your needs, for example I made my dress more modest by covering the back & they didn’t charge extra for the alterations. Also the sizes are custom fit which means that when I received the dress it fit me like a glove. However the con that I faced was the delivery, I got told that my delivery would be 6 weeks which I was fine with. However as 6 weeks went by I had contacted them and asked where my dress was and they said that it would take another 2-3 weeks. I then contacted them after the 2 week period and once again they said that the dress will be coming to me soon. 2 more months went by and I assumed that they just forgot, which I’m guessing I was right because right after I emailed them my dress got shipped, so it took 4 months for my dress to come to me. So I recommend if you do buy from here then buy well in advance as their shipping time isn’t accurate.

This company has recently removed their reviews section from their Facebook page in order to hide and prevent anyone posting negative feedback/reviews on their page. After being told it was a technical error which was being fixed, 3 weeks later and it is still hidden. Seems like this company is hiding a massive flaw in their business and operations.

If I could rate no stars, I would! I ordered something from here and the service was great, emails constantly, positive staff and then I got the order delivered and it didn't fit well and so I changed my mind and asked for a refund and sent my item back. I was told I would get a 100% full refund and ince I have sent the item back I would get an email to confirm they have recieved it and then my money.

It's been more than 3 weeks and I have sent about 10 emails, left voicemails for them to call me back and even use their chat thing on the website and every single email over the 3 weeks was ignored. My calls and voicemails also ignored and not a single person has got back to me about my refund and I am owed more tha £100 and the company just don't want to give me my money back.

I kept getting told someone will contact me, someone will be in touch. No one is contacting me!! My sister order something during this time and the company are emailing her and in constant contact with her, because she is spending her money!!! Because I want my money back they have chosen to ignore me.

Apparently no managers are ever available because they are so unbelievably busy...
arent we all??? Too busy to hear from an unhappy customer, sound about right! Disgusting service, DO NOT BOTHER WASTING YOUR TIME.

I bought an outfit from here while I was pregnant and I wasn't too sure of the fit but it was made to perfection. They were so professional and myly queries were all answered quite quickly. I recommend them.
