There is a complete absence of customer service, no one on ‘ live chat’ no one answers emails and I don’t believe they are licensed to work in the UK anyway.
Don’t bother, total waste of time and money

UPDATE. 2 weeks later I was emailed by ‘customer service’ who wrote a lot of words that said nothing and essentially I felt they were laughing at the complaint and didn’t care if their customers were unhappy. So essentially they proved my point, giving zero. Customer service. RIP off site.

Oświadczam jednoznacznie, że nie zajmuję ani nie zajmowałem żadnego eksponowanego stanowiska politycznego, nie pełnię funkcji publicznych oraz nie podlegam pod definicję PEP. W związku z tym zastosowanie wobec mnie tego zapisu uważam za bezpodstawne.

Dodatkowo pragnę zwrócić uwagę, że na wcześniejszym etapie wskazywano zupełnie inny powód ograniczenia mojego konta. Zmiana uzasadnienia na późniejszym etapie budzi moje zastrzeżenia co do przejrzystości oraz rzetelności procesu weryfikacyjnego.
