21 години съм абонат на сателелитен приемник на Булсатком .Винаги е работел безпроблемно и плащах всеки месец за 2 устройства !
От както Виваком пое организация плащам сума за две устройство и получавам достъп само до първото устройство .
Контакт директен с техници няма , никой НЕ ИСКА ДА МИ КАЖЕ НА КОЯ ФРЕКВЕНЦИЯ ДА ТЪРСЯ СИГНАЛА ! Аз имам устройство в къщи сам да си настройвам в къщи сателитната чиня Hellsat 39 и на 27 градуса !

Трябва да званя по няколко пъти без успех на един безумен номер на който никой не вдига !

Организация нула , услуга нула
ако можех щях да им дам също нула точки !

Това са измамници , страшно съм разочарована ! Ще изгубят доверието на всичките си клиенти ако продължават така .
След две седмични опити за контакт с измамните им оператори не искаха да ми дадат никаква съществена информация , втори път договор за второ устройство няма да преподписвам !
Направо им отписвам всичко и закривам и двата приемника !
Изчамници хора , пазете се !

Avoid at all cost! For the last 48 hours at least I have been experiencing Lag and disconnecting issues every 5-10 minutes. When I contacted their support they told me that it should be most likely fixed on the next day. Treating their clients like it's nothing. I am working from home and it is just impossible to do anything because of this inconvenience. Terrible service. I have been using them for years I have had many issues during some of them but It's just unacceptable to pay for a service that you can't even use.

The customer service is exceptional. Vivacom have provided VOIP services to us for 5 years+. Always on hand and happy to sort any issues without hesitation.
