Impossible to cancel subscription…

Impossible to cancel subscription without a whole lot of hassle.
Step by step cancellation instructions to a non-existent “cancel any time” feature that leads you to two options - Monthly or Annual. No cancel facility.
Very underhand! 😡

Solar Walk is not opening all the way. Removed App and re-installed App, it just plays music with the Solar Walk screen and never ever seeing anything else. Using paid version. CJ

I wish to cancel my two subscriptions. I think it is impossible to do so. The instructions to cancel refer to nonexistent icons. There does not appear anyway to cancel a subscription.

I keep getting reacuring charge every…

I keep getting reacuring charge every month. I have never signed up for this service and it doesn't show in my Google play as a purchase. These are unauthorized and unlawful charges. Previously contacted without success.

Very nice app but the English, not so good

Very nice app but the English (and math) in texts is sometimes not so good..

“Mercury is 18 times less massive than Earth”

I think you mean 1/18th the mass of earth.

“The year on Mercury is twice shorter than the day”

The mind reels.

I am dead sure that Dutch and Flamish readers will get fed up on your articles! Most people, Dutch, Flemish or other, will not take your translated articles seriously if they contain basic language errors!
