Same day blood test after waiting over a month for the NHS with no appointment in sight. Vital scan were fabulous, really patient with me as I’m always nervous with bloods and had help from the practice manager to get my tricky veins. Fabulous experience and will be back for scans that I also need!

Great overall experience, excellent facilities, and amazing staff not to mention that I found a slot the same day.

I've had a MRI scan done by a competitor in a car park before, and the experience by Vitalscan is 5 Star by comparison.The waiting area is relaxed and so are the staff who are very good. Mahmoud was very reassuring. It was all done on time and no waiting. the Price was also very good.

The staff were courteous and helpful. The process was explained clearly and I was made to feel comfortable throughout. Mahmoud the radiographer put me at my ease and the whole procedure was painless and straightforward.

Vitalscan is so simple. The experience was so smooth and Veronica and Mo who took my through the MRI were great. Highly recommend to anyone in need.

Booked an MRI scan privately and everything went very fast and quick, nice coffee in the reception and a Very professional approach from Dr Mamood, every step has been properly explained

Incredibly slick service. Reception very helpful and professional. Nurse who admitted me remembered me from last year, again very polite, friendlyand professional. Time given to ask questions. Took into account scanner noise and asked about music to play through headphones. Mahmud was very professional, explanation given, helpful after scan to give me time to rebalanced from disorientation from scan. Explained length of time to wait for results. All in all a brilliant service.

Dr Mahmoud did my scan today and he was great. I was nervous and worried I would feel claustrophobic. He was so kind and helped me find what made me feel most relaxed, he let me take all the time I needed to get used to how the scanner felt before we began. The scan was much easier to get through than I thought it would be and I’m sure it was because of his kindness and understanding.

Great place very helpful staff. Will use again and highly recommend to anyone else.

Everyone was very helpful, I would definitely recommends to friends and family. Mamhout the radiologist was very kind and took time to explain everything for me. A very professional place to go for a scan.
