Quiero informarles que tengan cuidado al comprar productos de esta empresa. Vivo en España, compré un producto de esta empresa y resultó que tuve que pagar unos aranceles aduaneros adicionales muy elevados (casi la mitad del importe de la compra) y también tuve problemas para rellenar las declaraciones debido al tiempo que tardó.

It's definitely a scam company. I ordered night time burner capsules and it says 68 capsules instead of 60 capsules and say DILTARY Requirements instead of dietary requirements. How can I trust a company who can't spell correctly? Also products come from China. You definitely can't trust these products and company.

I fell for the glossy, 3 deal smashing price. This company is ripping off other known brands. Stay away. First time I've been scammed!

Took two weeks to arrive and the vitamins are counterfeit.

I ordered some product on 11/11 it is now 3/12, and I haven't received it. They told me I would receive them within 10 working days. NOT TRUE!

I suggest anyone thinking of buying from this SCAM company - think again. There are plenty of other health-based online HONEST companies to help.

Thought I was ordering Kind Patches - didn't realise until I got them that it is an imitation. Have reported to the real Kind Patches site and will not be using as they have come from China and God knows what is actually in them - they smell like lavender but it is not listed as one of the ingredients on the packet! Wish I had realised before I bought that it was not the company I was looking to use and I wish I had read the reviews and cancelled the order before it was shipped. DO NOT BUY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

J ai commander le produit mais une fois livrer en regardant le suivi du colis je me rend compte que le produit vient de Chine et nom de Suède où est sensé être la compagnie. Le packaging a l air d être une pâle copie. Je ne suis pas du tout rassurer a l’idée de prendre ce produit je préfère le jeter. J ai commandé avenant de consulter les avis ce fut une terrible erreur. Je ne recommande absolument pas ce site.

I recently ordered your Nicotinamide Riboside (NAD) supplement based on the information provided on your website, which states that your business is based in Sweden. It took nearly four weeks for my order to arrive, and I was required to pay an additional toll fee to receive it.

Upon receiving the product, I was extremely disappointed to discover that it originated from China. There is no manufacturer listed on the packaging, which raises serious concerns about the safety and legitimacy of the supplement. This lack of transparency is unacceptable, especially for a health-related product.

I feel misled by your website and branding. If I had known the true origin of the product, I would never have placed the order. In my opinion, VitalHeal is not conducting business in a trustworthy or professional manner, and I believe you are misleading customers to make money.

I will not be recommending your company to others, and I urge you to take immediate steps to clarify your product sourcing and labeling practices.

I can't believe I was just scammed. I read terrible reviews AFTER I ordered a product. No way will I try this supplement when it arrives. I could be poisoned by some noxious, Chinese herb!

The products are not shipped from Sweden.
Beware, products are made-in China, not FDA-certified, not safe and potentially hazardous. They ship from China and they do not tell you that upfront. No such information available on their website only when you receive the tracking number, you get that information. I've noticed they're not the same as the original packaging label - it has misspellings and do not reflect the real product (MD logo is not real - It should be in shinny silver and reflective). Also, I've tried contacting them but the emails come back undeliverable every time. Be aware!

Got what I ordered and it looks good. Fast response from the customer support team. Will order again!

Placed an order with this company on the 1st of August had still not arrived by the middle of August was told that it had been sent to Royal Mail. Royal Mail have no record of this item. Contacted the company and was told that the item had gone missing. Would I like another one sent out? I said no I would like refund. First of September still no refund so I have actioned a charge back with my bank. This company is scamming people avoid at all costs. AVOID SCAMMERS

The products are made and sent from china. I needed to pay customs clearance fee. I received the parcel but it’s not what I’ve ordered. Total spam! Keep away.

This company is based in China. The products are not from Sweden. I asked for a refund as my order did not arrive within the specified time. The company refused. I contacted my bank and got a full refund. If you are unhappy with this company’s service, please report them to your bank or credit card company and organise a ‘charge back.’

Ordered a product from this website and it came from China. Tried contacting them but the email came back undeliverable. I do not trust this product and I'm sick I'm out of the money. It doesnt even have their logo on it.

Didn't know these were coming from China. Been weeks since I ordered. The fact is I will be binning these if they ever arrive. £60 plus down the tube. My own fault but I have concerns about the authenticity of the product, is it a cheap imitation, I'm certainty no taking the risk.
