Wendy was not helpful at all. Locked me out on the account, never answered my questions. We have 2 joint accounts, my husband closed out one of the joint accounts without notifying me. Now I need to take money out of the other joint account, she told me my husband will be informed. Well why wasn’t I notified when he closed out the account. I asked her why wasn’t I notified when he closed the account without. She could not answer.
