VISTA Staffing Solutions Arvostelua

It has been a great experience working with VISTA, professional as well as friendly staff.

Kendrick, Nastassia, and Marc, have been amazing. The help they have given me, especially when unplanned travel and schedule adjustments had to be made, is more than I hoped for. They are an amazing team and am honored to be working with them.

Employees are professional and helpful. My recruiter is on the top of most things however I am not happy with the way money is reported and the lack of transparency of money allocation and report. The statements are not clear and there is no transparency in their report. When you ask, the answers are tangential and not convincing

I have. gotten locum jobs through you. guys. that have been great. Great pay, nice. places to work. you guys are. efficient and have taken good care of me.

Good work, like working with them!

Vista staffing has been excellent to me! They have maintained clear lines of communication, and have been highly adaptive to my work schedule.

They have been very helpful and considerate to me and my needs & requests

I would rate some aspects of my interactions with VISTA as very good, but others not so much, necessitating an average score. I was very happy with my recruiters and their response time for the vast majority of our interactions. I felt they were friendly and respectful. I was less happy with an intended job placement in which I felt I was simply being strung along by the potential employer. When the assignment did not come to fruition in the stated time frame, I felt like my placement was just sitting on everyone’s back burner, when it was crucial for me to start work as intended. When I said I no longer wanted to be considered for the position it was only then—after months of waiting, providing paperwork, etc.—that anyone seemed to care about me making income. I would hope in the future that VISTA staffing no longer place physicians with employers that won’t provide even a start date or definite location. I would also hope that when a physician backs out for these reasons that the recruitment staff understands that this is abusive behavior on behalf of the employer and it should not be condoned. I also had some delays in response with regard to setting up my direct deposit—it was really down to the wire. I did get paid on time, but the added stress of waiting to see if I would have to wait another week without income was not appreciated. I’m certain that VISTA Staffing is an okay placement agency, as I have heard horror stories about others. My experience could have been better, but it could have been worse.

Great to work with on locums assignments. Agent returned from maternity leave so things got a little mixed up for my first contract but they did the best they could to work around it. And everything turned out fine in the end.

They are a great and helpful team. I truly recommend them.

5 stars. Overall fantastic team to work with. Excellent at keeping communication lines open.

Working with my recruiter has been flawless. further, it has been honest and forthright.

Reliable group of folks; easy to work with

Great company, cares for its people. Had a home emergency during the polar vortex and they really went to work trying to get me home!

From day one, Vista has been very professional, accountable, and personable. Throughout my travels for work, I have been accommodated on work site, lodging, and flights; their process is very well organized. Even in the event of a need to change, Vista's staff handled the matter promptly and with much success. I have no complaints. Being a client of Vista has been the ultimate experience my 1st time out with a locums company.

Responsiveness and honesty have been unmatched to any locum tenens agency I have encountered. Each department, from travel through credentialing, advised me through all processes and were highly competent in their areas of expertise.

Every department at Vista worked together seamlessly to make my transition to Vista so smooth. It was almost surreal!

Communication has been difficult at times. Overall, VISTA does a great job in accommodating my work needs.

Very smooth coordination and communication between my agent and my assignment. Very quick to respond and checked in frequently to make sure I had everything I needed to work.
