I recently started taking my Tirzepetide, and it is the evening of my second dose. I didn't realize until tonight that each bottle had different instructions and I was confused about the dosage. It's almost 10pm EST but I figured I would give the chat a try. Rocel responded within a minute, answered all of my questions immediately, and wrote out a clear, concise breakdown of the timeline and dosage amounts I should be taking. I’ve had a smooth experience since signing up. The intake didn’t feel complicated, approval updates were easy to understand and my first package arrived cold and securely packed. I also like that I can ask questions when something comes up instead of trying to figure everything out alone.

What stood out to me was how organized everything felt. I received updates at each stage instead of wondering what was happening with my order. When I needed help with a refill question, the response was quick and actually answered what I had asked. It’s made staying on top of everything much easier for me.

I’ve had nothing but great experience with this company always very quick to answer my questions. I’ve had no problem receiving my Tirzepatide, I signed up one day and by the next day I had it. John always response very quickly to my answers and I appreciate that a lot so if anybody’s looking to lose some weight and do it with a great company, I definitely recommend this place.

I’ve used other program before and just felt like on my own island. The customer service is harbor is next level both support and providers. Questions are responded to with rapid response within hours at most. Needing to up your dose great no problem costs stay the same unlike many programs that keep raising the prices with the doses. Plus there is no monthly membership to get this level of care.

Very good customer service for questions or concerns about the delivery of GLP1. The costs are reasonable also.

I am also happy that a medical provider is available to answer any questions about my medical health that might interfere with the medication.

Harbor so far has been a good company to work with and if you think you would want to go on Semiglutide or Terzepitide, trust them.

I was looking for information about my subscription and wasn’t able to find it on the current patient portal that is offered. Denrou was able to produce the information fairly quickly and informed me that they will be updating their patient portal to include this information moving forward. Implementing patient feedback is a critical piece of the healthcare experience and I appreciate Harbor Health’s reaction to a simple request.
