Had situation where my passport was expiring in mid-November, but needed to travel in mid-September to late October on several last minute notice. Further, had been traveling mid-June to late July. So had basically two week availability to not have a passport.

Visa Hero assured me they could fit the timeline. Between the time I sent the old passport in and arrival of the new passport was 8 calendar days. I will definitely have Visa Hero do my visa applications for 2026 travels.
