Amazing service, spoke to a doctor, meds prescribed, picked up and started within 30 mins of the phone call.
UK we got it wrong, this is a service to be proud of.

I needed a prescription for a painful issue I was experiencing and paid for a video call plus an antibiotic prescription first thing in the morning. The confirmation email came quickly and promised a link to the video call shortly but instead I was sent copy-pasted WhatsApp messages from Dr. Correa. As soon as I confirmed I had no allergies I received a prescription - sans video call - and all my follow-up questions had to be handled in the chat, which was a bit tedious and confusing as I had to google the things I was prescribed without having a consultation. The antibiotics were different from the ones I had asked for but Dr. Correa said they were just as effective but less harmful so I agreed. Upon picking up the meds at the pharmacy however I also found out that the antibiotics could only be taken overnight - but this was in the morning and I was in a lot of agony. So I lost a day of my holiday to pain and paid about €50 total for the pleasure. This could all have been avoided if we had had a video consultation as requested! So yes the service is fast but a considered two-way conversation taking into account all circumstances, at least in my case, was lacking.

Yo esto no lo veo correcto y en la página 1, todo debería ser transparente y estar a 40 €, no dividido a 2.

Dr. Sergio Correa went above and beyond to help me with the illness and its sequelae. An illness can often last longer than expected so it's very important to have a doctor who can help you when living or traveling abroad.

Excellent service. Call with Dr less than ten minutes after requesting consultation. Prescription delivered via email within a couple of minutes, then straight to pharmacy and all sorted in under 30 minutes!!

Doctor Correa was fantastic. I booked the night before when I realised I had left my prescription medication in the UK. Whilst on holiday in a caravan in Spain i developed a urine infection. I googled how do you treat a UTI whilst in Spain and Virtual Clinica came up. It was so easy to use - you just type in your problem and how you would like to be contacted. I then received a WhatsApp message from a Doctor Correa asking me a few more questions. A prescription for medication via email was sent straight away for me to take to any convenient pharmacy. Doctor Correa comes across as very knowledgeable and supportive. Thank you a great service

Excellent service. Dr Sergio Correa was extremely helpful and professional. The process was simple from start to finish.

Accessing a teledoc was fairly easy with Google Translate, and after sharing contact info, getting a username, creating a password and giving payment I was emailed a receipt then another email with an appt time. Over WhatsApp my Doctor Sergio Correa was kind, professional and able to prescribe medications to address my lung infection. He emailed the prescription to me which I took to the pharmacy, where the QR codes were scanned and I received the meds. No one spoke English there so I reached back out to the doctor for instructions and he responded quickly and clearly. I hope to be on the mend and feeling better soon to enjoy the rest of our vacation here in beautiful Spain!
