David Miller has been our booking agent for quite a few years now. He has always provided us with excellent help and support. We have recommended his services to family and also to people we have met on holiday. His customer service is excellent. He is a credit to Virikson holidays.

We recently travelled to Thailand as a very large family group, including children, and the entire experience was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Everything was organised so smoothly, communication was always prompt, and all our needs were handled professionally and efficiently.

A special mention goes to Jordan, who was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. He was always quick to respond, patient with all our questions, and made sure everything went perfectly for such a big group. Travelling with children can sometimes be stressful, but thanks to the excellent planning and support, our holiday was relaxed and enjoyable for everyone.

We truly appreciate all the hard work that went into arranging our trip and would highly recommend this travel agency to anyone planning a family holiday. Thank you again for helping us create such amazing memories in Thailand!

Me and my family had a 5 star experience all around with this company. We were mainly assisted by Jordan who ensured our family holiday to Thailand was an experience to remember. His help during the holiday was immensely appreciated as he went above and beyond to ensure that all our needs were met throughout our trip, especially since we had quite a few young children/babies in our entourage. we booked a holiday to Thailand and our agent was David Miller and I can only say this guy went above and beyond our expectations to make our holiday ,I could not recommend him highly enough definitely 10/10 ,he kept us fully informed all through the holiday booking process and such a pleasure to deal with.

I recently booked a trip through Virikson Holidays to Zanzibar and Tanzania and I want to give a special mention to Bella Davies, who has been absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process.

Bella has been professional, patient, and incredibly prompt with answering all my (many!) questions. I was quite nervous about booking a holiday this way rather than through a large, well‑known travel provider, but Bella really put me at ease. Her communication has been clear, reassuring, and consistent, and she never made me feel like I was asking too much.

So far, everything has been smooth and straightforward, and my initial worries have completely disappeared. I’ll be sure to update again after my trip, but based on my experience up to this point, I’m very happy with the service and will leave further updates after our trip has concluded in summer 2027.

Update. I have been contacted and offered £150 off a future booking if I take this review down.
What a nightmare. We booked a holiday with this company in May 2025 to travel to Sri Lanka and the Maldives in April 2026. The Foreign office advice due to the war in the Middle East was and still is essential travel only. I started asking for a refund in March only to be told over and over the situation would change. Then on 10 April I was told we could cancel and receive 75% refund. We accepted. Then we found the flights with Etihad hadn't been cancelled at all. I chased and chased and we finally got our refund this week 16 May. Communication was awful. I would get a message from David, reply then not hear back for several days. Totally unacceptable. I have had to apply to my travel insurance for the remainder of the refund. First and last time using this company. 👎

1st of all ide like to say how great the service was from start to finish especially bearing in mind our 1st original choice was our dream joint holiday 15days Dubai/Maldives… however due to ongoing events in the Middle East we decided to change our holiday to visit Thailand instead, we’d never visited before so a lot of trust was left to our contact David Milla and he did a perfect job after us explaining the type of holiday he matched us up perfectly at two different locations… we had luxury and local culture but also nightlife and bars with loads of restaurants.
It was also our 1st holiday booking basically through WhatsApp chats and e-mail I was a little concerned but shouldn’t have been even from all of our transfer’s wether from airport to hotel or hotel to hotel the communication and service was 5*plus.
The whole holiday was amazing and everything ran like clockwork I’ve already contacted David Milla about booking our next trip for 3weeks this time though would recommend viriksonholidays and especially David 5* service couldn’t fault them

We have found David Miller to be great at organising our holiday to Tanzania, Zanzibar and Victoria Falls. He gave us a few options and all his help has enabled us to book our holiday in October 2020

Natasha has been super helpful when booking our christmas getaway. Offering a choice of hotels & knowledge and made the whole process really easy, even when we changed our minds!
With an easy payment plan, she personally gets in touch with us on a monthly basis with an invoice.
Natasha has always made herself available to answer questions has been friendly & professional.

Just spent 2 weeks planning my 2027 safari and zanzibar trip, lots of research and started getting lost with who and when, so I contacted virikson and was kindly looked after by Angela brown, her patience over the last 4 days and professionalism was outstanding, we changed the accommodations so many times, Angela had great ideas, and eventually got us an amazing itenary , slightly above budget, but the lodges and hotels are all luxury, so you get what you pay for. From my initial enquiry to the final confirmation our agent (Natasha Smith) was professional, helpful and informative.
She listened to both my needs and my wife's but also wasn't shy in explaining the benefits of certain safari's and quality accommodation. Through this she built us our dream vacation.
The information provided states clearly what our psckage entails and the company were quick to respond to any query, even after booking.

A little wary to book at first as I've always gone through the usual websites like TUI or Love holidays etc. I saw they had a multi stop tour of Thailand but I wanted to just go to Koh Samui. They said no problem and after giving dates they got back to me with hotels and flights. I wasn't happy with the location or hotels so they upgraded the offer and moved them to the location I wanted. The price was easily a few hundred less than what I was expecting and a river cruise was thrown in as well. Contact was via WhatsApp and they kept in constant contact. Special mention to Chris who helped us move the last transfer by 45 mins last minute as we needed more time to get to the airport. Going to book again with them next year.

Over all experience was not pleasant, after bombings in Dubai I had to wait 2 months before my case was passed to “sales manager” I got lied to several times by Salesman regarding my cancellation fees even though I was protected by UK laws and acts. Eventually over two months later I got back some of my money but still lost a few hundred pounds and offered a voucher for my next holiday purchase. I removed my fist negative review however feel it is appropriate to put back due to the length of time of waiting for refund and being constantly lied to by salesman. I’d try an avoid this place at all costs.

another few months have passed and I have now received my full refund where virikson have said emirates falsely held my money however emirates have said they didn’t so not sure who to believe. I also got emailed off Virikson legal team for leaving a bad review even though it was agreed with the team everything I said in this review had happened and was truthful. I would still avoid this company through lack of transparency

I have really mixed feelings about this company. I first used them in 2023 and again in 2024 for trips to Singapore and Thailand. Both trips were amazing although I had to chase for the holiday and transfer vouchers. They even arranged for a romantic dinner in the beach for my husbands 60th birthday. No issues. Fast forward to our trip to Singapore and Australia, any queries were not answered, I asked if we could upgrade our flights but never ever got any replies. More recently April 2026 we booked 4 nights in Singapore and 10 nights in Koh Samui. On arrival at Singapore there was no one to pick us up for our transfer. The number they tell you to call in the transfer voucher did not exist? No one answered my messages, zero support so we paid again for our own transfer, not great after a 13 hour flight. No apology no response. Again when arriving in Koh Samui no transfer, I called the transfer company to be told they were there when they weren’t. It transpired they were waiting for us at Bangkok airport? Again no apology and we again paid for our own transfer. I’m not sure why has happened to this company, my concern would be that they really don’t care if you have any problems on the trip. Would they help in a crisis? There is radio silence when you raise a concern, still no explanation for why we were not picked up, it was an expensive holiday. Sadly I will not use them again which is a shame, we have spent a lot of money with this company, they don’t seem to care to be honest.

We recently booked our honeymoon through Viriksons Holidays after our original holiday with Emirates was cancelled due to the situation in the Middle East, and we honestly couldn’t be more grateful for the help we received from Natasha Smith.

Natasha managed to find us an amazing deal for our dream honeymoon to the Maldives during the exact dates we originally wanted. The price she secured for us was much cheaper than anywhere else we had looked, which was such a relief considering we were booking only 3 weeks before we were due to travel. Her communication throughout was excellent — response times were always quick, which really helped reduce the stress of arranging a last-minute honeymoon.

There was one hiccup during the process. We booked and paid the agreed price late one evening, but the following day we were informed that the return flight had become fully booked and the team had spent the morning searching for an alternative. Naturally, we were disappointed that the cost had increased after we had already paid in full, as we expected the flights would have been secured at the point of payment. However, we do understand that situations like this can happen, especially with last-minute travel bookings.

What really stood out was how understanding and professional Natasha was throughout. We agreed to pay the increased amount, but understandably wanted confirmation that the new flights were fully secured before paying the remaining balance. Natasha completely respected our concerns and accommodated this request, which gave us a lot of reassurance during a stressful situation.

After everything was confirmed, Natasha continued to answer all of our questions and helped ease a lot of the anxiety I had around the booking. I called a couple of times and she was always so polite, patient, and reassuring on the phone, which made the whole process much easier.

Despite the small hiccup, we would absolutely recommend Viriksons Holidays and especially Natasha Smith for the fantastic customer service and support we received. We’ll definitely use them again in the future!
