Virgin Hair & Beauty Arvostelua 

I ordered the bundle of hair that was supposed to be virgin human hair 20 inches long with 45-50 strands in it for almost $200. After multiple emails, weeks later, I got instead about 30 strands 14 inches long of poor quality. I requested a refund. They demanded that I send the hair back first at my expense. I did, paying $13 more. No refund ever came. I contacted them some 10 times asking for my refund, but they kept lying they already refund, going as far as sending me a fake refund email. Still no refund over a year later, so, filing a FTC complaint.

By far the worst company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with! Reported to trading standards it was that bad!
Didn’t bother to send my order had to chase them then when I questioned the return policy got told that I can’t expect it to last 12-18 months ! That’s what it states on the website!! 4 days later still no tracking info so contacted them again to be told they cancelled the order! Fine I didn’t want the hair at this point but I had to ask for a refund it wasn’t automatically done when they cancelled it 4 days before! Anyway several online chat arguments, lies, contradicting themselves with every message and 4 weeks after the original purchase I am STILL chasing my money back!! God knows how they are still in business, don’t be like me and many other people and waste your money, time and brain cells on these people! They are not worth the time of day!

I wore my ponytail to my wedding this December , and absolutely loved it! Styled in the night before and it took me less than 5minutes to install the day! It made me feel beautiful and loved the end result! 😊

I would give 0 stars if I could. I have ordered Hair extensions last month and was assured they would arrive in time for my fitting appointment. They did not, I lost my deposit. Now, 3 weeks later, they still haven’t arrived and all they say is „we’ve shipped it, it’s the couriers responsibility“
Basically, I’ve lost nearly £300.
DO STAY CLEAR of this company.

I ordered wefts and a closure in March 2023 and was told I would receive the hair by the 1st week of May.
I have been regularly emailing asking where it is and each time I am being told "a few more days", but still no sign of anything.
I wish I could say this is the first time I have had this experience with the company, but it is not. I previously ordered and had to wait 9 months. I was told the colour I had chosen was taking time for them to produce. I asked why they advertised the colour if they could not supply it and was told they would no longer do so. It is still shown on the website over a year later. The hair when it arrived was really lovely (initially - the closure lost a lot of hair despite very careful treatment) and I stupidly placed another order, this time for a standard colour.
Well I'm an idiot because the 6 weeks is now almost 6 months and VHB are citing the same excuses as before.
UPDATE: After much correspondence and ridiculous excuses, promising repeatedly that the hair would be ready next week and me repeatedly requesting my money back, they finally agreed to a full refund in December 2023, which never came and like another customer I was sent a fake email. More emails, more lies.
I raise a dispute through my bank who refunded me in full and went after VHB.
Appallingly bad company.

These hair extensions are of great quality and I love the colour! The wefts don’t shed or tangled much, they blend perfectly with my hair and I can’t wait to place my 2nd order. These are beautiful extensions that blend really nicely with my platinum blonde tape, in my natural white/gray, you can't that quality.

DO NOT ORDER!!!!! ITS A SCAM!!!!! FRAUDULENT COMPANY!!!!!!! They are not UK based. They do not send the product. They will take your money and claim the courier is at fault. They lie and lie. Under any circumstance. DO NOT ORDER!!!!!!! I will be informing the police and trading standards! There positive reviews are fake! Website is fake. And their supposed UK number is fake!

Finally received my order, it was of very bad quality, unusable ends resembled candy floss! Emailed for returns still no reply.

This is the worst online experience I have had of my life. Do not get fooled by their website. First my hair was being coloured, which apparently takes weeks, then it was being shipped by DHL (fake tracking number), now FedEx. Surprise, surprise, tracking history shows it coming from Asia. I regret not doing my diligence and reading all of the other terrible reviews amongst the fake positive ones. Save your money and time and don't go near them.

Single Weft European Straight the worst I have ever seen. So sparse and stringy. I wish I could add a picture.

Horrible communications, customer service and also their hair etc products.
Very costly and not worth it. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. So many other companies that actually care. They do not!

Do NOT order, hair is synthetic and became tangled and frazzled after one wash! Not worth the price or the wait. The worst hair I have ever purchased!!

After numerous emails and asking for a refund they then shipped my order after waiting 1.5 months. Received my order today and they are not the colour requested! It looks like they have just shoved in a colour they had in stock so they could ship out. They were ment to be highlighted but are just a block bleach blond colour. In addition I received 3 lots of extensions with 2 clips and one extension with 4 clips. What am I supposed to do with those?
Absolutely fuming having waited so long.
Go elsewhere!

Edit to respond to Virgin's reply below. Due to Virgin's arrogance and poor customer service I feel to elaborate further. After I posted my review I was sent an email from Trust Pilot with Virgin claiming that the review was fake so wasting more of my time on this company I was to send through receipts and emails (which has been done).

Furthermore, I'd like to add that the clips on the extensions are extremely thick and very difficult to conceal. I've been ordering extensions for years and thought I'd try this company out but what a mistake it has been. I ordered highlights, the receipt and email said baylage? and was then sent ONE colour hair. The ends of the hair are very ratty and overall I'm extremely disappointed in wasting my money. I've been ordering extensions for years and decided to give this company a go. Big mistake. Looking forward to my new extensions arriving from a different, TRUSTED company that provides quality, faster shipping & better customer service.
