Wondershare Virbo Arvostelua

“Please make my Virbo app work. If it starts working, I will be very happy.

Super app very helpful

Trying voice clone feather, but each time it says failed contact customer support. On the other hand, nothing happens when I click on the online support option. Totally a waste of time

This is amazing

Where to begin?... I have created custom talking avatars with custom voice cloning before. Now it won't let me do so no matter what - keep getting an error - and support is completely useless and non-existent. I've already paid for an annual subscription. I've barely used the subscription, and I cannot even use it any further going forward.

Editing my review here, since I cannot reply to Wondershare's reply...
What's extremely disappointing (and frustrating, to say the least), is that it took a 1-star review to get Wondershare's attention. The support email address provided appears no where on the company's website or any social media channels (in fact there's no email address, anywhere; and the chat support is AI-only; as is the phone support; there's zero human connection for any of Wondershare's apps.

The AI model needs work as it completely changes the image of the person, which isn’t very useful. Images of two people need to align almost perfectly for it to work properly. However, the greatest disappointment is the bias towards light skinned individuals vs. darker skinned or different ethnicities. There isn’t a varied representation of different races of people.

I am so Happy that I discovered Wondershare Virbo video creator and much more to use as well. It is so easy to use and you will be as impressed as I am with the magnificent videos created by the A I in this bargain package. There are so many Avatars to choose from as well as voices that can be used. Highly recommend Virbo

I bought the $199.00 subscription for the option to make up to 20- minute videos. After about 40 seconds the volume begins to decrease and any video after that is unusable. In order for me to make a 5 minute video it takes up to 8-10 clips and much unnecessary editing after.
I have been emailing and messaging them for over a month and sending them copies of the videos with the volume issues. They have responded that yes it's a problem and they will send it to IT. Well, a month later and me sending 2-3 correspondence a week and they respond with emails like they have never heard of the problem, even when I say, please see email below. Absolutely no resolution from the support team.

When I first bought there $18.99 subscription I was able to speak with people, that's why I went ahead with the $199 subscription and now they refuse to let me speak to someone and only give me the run around and repeat the same unhelpful answers that don't solve the problem.

I like virbo, because virbo help me in m'y staduies and i was ceated a lot of beautiful vidio by using it ,i use virbo all the time with many language.
Thanks virbo

Terrible videos never render always fail there is always an issue.
I never wanted the software its expensive and outdated compared to what is out on the market.
I had a trial that ran over and they never refunded me even though i was just a few minutes over the time.
Repeatedly refused me a refund stay far from this company they are just there to take your money.

Dear Virbo Support Team,

I am extremely disappointed with the service.
I purchased the Early Plan on 22/04/25 mistakenly without realizing the 25-minute export limit, which does not fit my needs.

I have only used 3.3 minutes out of 25 minutes (proof attached) and have not utilized the major benefits of the plan. Despite sending multiple refund requests via email, I have received no response from your team.

This kind of poor support forces customers to seek help via consumer protection platforms.

If my refund is not processed immediately, I will be compelled to file an official complaint through:

Google Play Store Refund Request (if purchased through Google Play)

I’ve just started using Virbo, and even early on, it’s proving to be an intuitive and versatile AI video generator. The customizable templates make creating polished, social media-ready content for my podcast easy. I quickly produced a short promo using my script and branding, and the results were impressive. Creating a personalized avatar has been a standout feature that I am enjoying learning and exploring. It adds a consistent, professional presence to my videos and saves me hours of production time. The AI handles voice syncing and editing remarkably well. While I’m still exploring everything it can do, Virbo is already exciting me with the improvements to my workflow and the great potential for boosting engagement for my organization. I’m looking forward to trying more features and script ideas.

Great tool for content creators. It's great for beginners and provides a variety of features to enhance creativity! Highly recommended for quick and easy video projects!

Fake Fake Fake!!!!

They charge you credits every time you create something without the opportunity to preview it. If it doesn't turn out the way you want, you have to start all over, make the corrections you want, then hope that turns out the way it's supposed to.

The body motion feature doesn't always work and when it does, it does not sync up with the voice as scripted. Too much monotone in the voice. It doesn't recognize emotions, pauses or when to slow down.

There are too many things wrong with it not to continue it's use.

‎Amazing App for Effortless Video Creation – Especially Love the New Image to Video Feature!
‎Wondershare Virbo has quickly become one of my go-to apps for creating high-quality AI videos with minimal effort. The app is sleek, easy to navigate, and packed with features that make content creation feel almost effortless.
‎One of the standout tools in the app is the new Image to Video feature. It's a game-changer! With just a single image, Virbo can generate a full video complete with realistic AI avatars and voiceovers. This is perfect for marketers, content creators, educators, or anyone looking to turn static images into dynamic, engaging videos in minutes. The AI avatars look incredibly lifelike, and the lip-syncing with the voiceover is impressively accurate.
‎Other features like the wide range of templates, multilingual voice options, and customizable avatars add even more value. Whether you want to make promo videos, explainers, or social media content, Virbo offers a professional result every time.
‎Highly recommend this app to anyone who wants to create polished, AI-powered videos without needing advanced editing skills. Wondershare really nailed it with Virbo!

A month ago I discovered Wondershare Virbo, and it's just super! It's not just an app - it's a real treasure trove of entertainment! I was especially impressed by the functionality of creating talking photos of celebrities. I've already managed to make several funny congratulations for my loved ones on various holidays, and they were delighted! It's funny to see how your favorite artist or movie hero congratulates you on a holiday! Wondershare Virbo added a bunch of bright emotions and warmth to our family celebrations. I will definitely recommend it to all my friends!

The only Reason I did not give 5 stars is because of the pricing model. 50 credits for a yearly plan are to low.. Otherwise this is an amazing tool with lots of ai tools to help create content

Purr-fect for Creating Adorable Cat Cooking Videos!

I recently used Virbo’s paid plan to create a *hilariously cute cat cooking video*, and I’m blown away by how effortless and fun the process was! As a cat lover and content creator, I wanted to showcase my furry “chef” whipping up a pretend kitty meal, and Virbo’s tools made it a breeze. Here’s why it’s worth every penny:

1. AI-Powered Magic: The paid plan’s AI avatars and voiceovers let me craft a quirky narrator voice (I chose a playful “cat translator” tone) to explain my cat’s “recipe.” The lip-syncing was so smooth, it looked like my cat was actually meowing the steps!

2. Cat-Tastic Templates: Virbo’s library includes whimsical templates with paw prints, fish-shaped text, and cartoon veggies—perfect for adding humor to my cat’s “cooking show.” I customized one to look like my kitchen, with my cat “stirring” a bowl of kibble!

3. Effortless Editing: The drag-and-drop tools let me layer clips of my cat pawing at ingredients, add funny captions (“Secret ingredient: 100% nap time”), and even insert meow sound effects from Virbo’s SFX library. The auto-caption feature saved me hours!

4. 4K Quality: Exporting in crisp 4K made my video look professional, and the no-watermark perk (paid plan exclusive) meant I could share it everywhere without distractions. My followers thought it was a studio-produced clip!

5. Creative Freedom: From adding quirky transitions (my cat “teleporting” to the fridge) to using green screen effects to place my pet in a tiny chef’s hat, Virbo’s paid features unlocked endless possibilities.

If you’re a pet parent or content creator wanting to turn your cat’s antics into viral gold, Virbo’s paid plan is a game-changer. My cat’s “Cooking with Whiskers” video got 500views likes in a day—proof that Virbo delivers results!
Meow-nificent job, Virbo team
