I’ve just completed the 6 week online group Embrace Your Truth course and have found Ange’s way of structured and gentle probing has really made me evaluate what is important to me and how I can hold this as my focus.

Angela has supported me in jumping off the hamster wheel to really focus on what is important to me.

I attended Angie’s retreat day at the beautiful Hope Street Hotel last weekend. What an inspirational day from start to finish. Such a wonderful, unique concept to run a day retreat with brilliant workshops and self care included!
Angie was born for this role. Her soothing voice, calming and friendly nature, humour, wisdom and grace made this such a positive experience. The guided meditation at the end before enjoying a few hours in the spa was just glorious.

It was wonderful to meet a group of amazing women and Angie did such a beautiful job, helping us all to share our thoughts, reflect on our strengths and what makes us feel empowered and set positive goals.

Lunch and the spa together was just gorgeous and then to top it all off, Angie had arranged for the amazing Zara from Keep it Bright to be a guest speaker in the afternoon. Another utterly fabulous woman making us all feel like queens!

I would highly recommend Angie.

I attended the retreat day yesterday, the theme was confidence and body positivity…what an absolutely gorgeous day. Two coaching session covering both topics, including an external facilitator ( Zara from Keep It Bright ) and it was bloody amazing…as always celebrating women, celebrating our strengths and giving us tools to continue building our skills. The day was topped off by a fabulous two hours in the Spa at Hope Street Hotel. The whole day was typically Ange…full of realism and positivity in a supportive environment. I would 100% recommend attending her next one x

I have worked with Angela a number of times now, and each time I come away feeling completely empowered and fully believing in myself! What I absolutely love the most about her is that she will never tell you what to do, or simply fix whatever is going on for you. She will guide you to do the work so you can see that you already have everything you need within. It could be changing the negative inner voice you carry, or going for the job you didn’t think you were qualified for. Every time I have worked with Angela it has come at the perfect time for me personally and professionally, she’s a guiding light in my life! And her work is so brilliant and works so well, I can tell when I need a top up of Virago magic and when I need to make a conscious effort to do the work. I always feel better for doing so. If you book a course with Angela, the effects and results are not only immediate, but life long as well.

I am so grateful that a mutual friend introduced me to Ange and suggested I might be interested in her “Rise Up” Programme 🙏🏻 how right he was! It was the most enlightening, engaging, informative 6 weeks - Ange is such an intuitive Coach and supported the most amazing group of women right through from laying foundations to confidently delivering our Elevator Pitch in week 6! We not only had support from Ange in our on line sessions but before, during and after the Programme too. If you have an opportunity to join this programme in the future I really wouldn’t hesitate! Angela was recommended to me and I’m so glad she was. I have completed a 121 course, attended a retreat and recently completed a course with other women looking to Rise Up. I feel seen, supported, challenged to think differently and made to see the excellence in me at the same time. Angela’s coaching came at a pivotal and very tough time for me and I am forever grateful for her guidance. I’m sure I’ll be back for more if if I ever need a Top up ! Or just to see her as she is a wonderful person to be around.

Having worked with Ange earlier in the year in her 'Step into your Power' course, when I heard about this one it came just at the right time. Rise Up was all about helping us see our potential and unearth what we really wanted out of our work/business/life next. Ange has this magical way of bringing lovely people together, is so reassuring, empowering and I really feel like she brought out real clarity for me too. I'd really recommend this course, it's also a lovely way to spend an evening meeting new lovely people in a super safe environment.

Ange came in to my life first of all to make a vision board at the start of the year then a full day retreat at hope street which was so mindful and empowering.

I then went on to get some coaching to keep me accountable and help me ride the hurdles that occur in life and my business.

I have attended sessions with Angela for the past seven months as part of her work with trinity wellness. Ang has made such a massive impact on my maternity leave, making it the most positive experience it could be. Ang has created a safe space for my baby and I to attend on those good days and not so good days and talk about whatever we need to completely freely and without judgement. She has empowered me throughout my journey as a new mother and also provided mental tools for me to utilise in all aspect of life. I have thoroughly enjoyed and needed the sessions that she has provided.

Oh where do I start! I had never done coaching before and I found virago at a time (during lockdown) when I felt very confused about what direction to go with my life (I have since then booked more sessions with Angela whenever I feel like I need that virago boost!) Her calming and encouraging aura helped me feel relaxed and open to talking about my feelings. She also encouraged me to go for it with some life goals that I had set for myself and since then I have gone on to achieve and make a success of a business venture that was my dream for 15 years. Angela you are a truly wonderful coach and I would recommend you and Virago to anyone who wants to improve their outlook on life and build confidence that they can achieve their dreams xx

My self-discovery journey with Ange has been truly incredible and I have loved every minute.

When I started my 1-2-1 course, my confidence was low and I felt stuck, unsure of which direction I wanted to go with my life. By the end of the 6 sessions with Ange I had the clarity that I had been searching for, along with a new found confidence to not only take the next steps, but most importantly, to do so aligned with my values and as my true authentic self.

Each session was thoughtfully curated and encouraged me to reflect on my own life and re-frame limiting beliefs in a way that I never would have without Ange’s guidance.

I’ve just completed the Step Into Your Power group coaching experience with Angela at Virago Wellness, and it exceeded every expectation.

Thank you so much on behalf of Liverpool Domestic Abuse Service for organising such an inspirational International Women's Day event to fundraise for our charity.

With help from all of the incredible sponsors and attendees, Angela raised an outstanding £1815 for our service, allowing us to fund additional counselling and group support sessions for our clients to aid in breaking the cycle of domestic abuse.

I took part in Embrace your truth in Jan/Feb of this year with a group of lovely supportive women. Ange guided us all through the homework and zoom calls each week, helping us to reflect on the work that we were doing. I was hesitant about group calls at first, but felt safe to share with these lovely women.

The course really encourages you to make the time and give yourself the space needed to self reflect. I liked that the weekly zoom calls held me accountable and it really helped me to focus on the self discovery work like I hadn’t before.

Angela is a kind and compassionate coach, who genuinely wants the best for you. She’s relatable, knowledgeable and creative!

I got out of my comfort zone and signed up to Ange's 6 week 'Embrace your Truth' group course. What a way to start the year with an incredibly comprehensive course designed to get you thinking. Ange's gentle style of coaching is empowering and provoking and unbelievably supportive. Everyone on the course has their own reasons for signing up and the weekly topics were relevant, important and impactful to each individual.
I can't recommend Angela Spencer enough, you won't regret it. After the guided weekly sessions I have a renewed sense of focus, clarity and determination thanks to Ange's enlightened reasoning and support.
If you are hesitant about joining a group experience please don't worry. We started the course as complete strangers. The honesty, openness and shared dedication to the sessions were such a breath of fresh air. It was comforting having the support of other like-minded women.
