Very dissatisfied.
I ordered items online on 23rd June expecting them to arrive the next day. I was then sent an update to say the delivery would be 26th! I received yet another update informing me the goods would be delivered today but when I checked their progress the items are still at Milton Keynes. They arrived at 10.30 this morning and I have heard nothing since. If they do not arrive tomorrow I’ll request a refund. I’m angry because I ordered the items for a vulnerable adult with dementia and the items ordered were needed urgently. I had already tried supermarkets but with no success. Very disappointed with the service received. It may be Evri that is at fault. If so, I suggest you use a different courier!
