Regardless of how many times I call, no one can seem to understand that the email that your customer has used was entered incorrectly. I am receiving emails with her personal information (name/address, etc.) and yet this is not me.

Worst customer service!!!
Ugh worst customer service ever! They are constantly "locking my account" for no good reason and I can't access my online account without calling them. They change your account number each time you sign a new contract and don't tell you so the first time I signed a new contract they accepted payments to my old account but would not apply the payments to my new account which showed my new account as delinquent and they shut my power off. After numerous phone calls they finally rectified the situation by making me pay in full the amount owed to my new account but wouldn't refund the amount they accepted to my old account. After numerous phone calls finally got them to move the money from the old account as a credit to a new account but it initially cost me several hundred dollars to get the situation fixed. Basically they turned their billing department problems into my problem and their customer service sucked throughout the process. Their customer service doesn't listen and they like to argue and it usually takes several phone calls and a request for a manager before any concerns or questions get addressed. Overall, this company is the worst and a giant money grabbing scheme.
