Product seems a little different from what I received for my peel at the spa. Not sure if the ingredients were changed. Also, didn’t like having to pay almost as much as I for a an item as I paid for shipping. Will be ordering again unless there’s free shipping.

Because when I call this associate, always takes care of me listens to my problem and takes care of what I need and that’s what CUSTOMER SERVICE is supposed to be. She is awesome. She’s professional give in ever since of the word. I think she deserves a raise

Extremely Disappointing Experience with VI Peel

Unfortunately, my experience with the VI Peel was extremely disappointing and far from what I expected from a professional clinical treatment.

After the treatment, my skin experienced a significant and prolonged reaction, including breakouts, inflammation, redness, sensitivity, and ongoing irritation. What was particularly frustrating was that the reaction continued well beyond what I had expected from a controlled professional peel.

I followed the recommended aftercare and was very careful with my skin, yet I found myself having to spend considerable time and effort managing the reaction rather than seeing the improvement I was expecting from the treatment.

For me, the biggest concern was not simply the initial reaction, but the overall experience and the lack of confidence I felt throughout the recovery process. A treatment marketed as a professional solution should provide clearer expectations regarding potential complications and stronger guidance when a patient experiences an unexpectedly significant reaction.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend this treatment without first having a very detailed discussion with the provider about the potential risks, expected recovery, and what support is available if the skin reacts poorly.

Overall: very disappointing experience and not a treatment I would personally choose again.

Great product (Vitamin C serum) but in this day and age of 1-2 day free shipping…… shipping from VI is SLOW (6 days).
