Florin was so polite and professional. He went above and beyond when collecting my mom from Heathrow and bringing her to Chelsea. Such a smooth service, so much better than any other car or taxi service I've booked before.
Very Unprofessional and rude. Don't recommend 👎

Dear Cioran (cioban) Octavian-Adrian,
Thank you for your review.
We have carefully checked our booking system and records, and we cannot identify you as a customer of VIP Chauffeurs Service. We have no record of any booking, enquiry, or service provided under your name.
As you appear to be connected to the chauffeur industry yourself, we are disappointed to see a review posted on our page without any genuine customer experience. We take all feedback seriously, but reviews should be based on a real service provided.
If you believe this is incorrect, please kindly contact us directly with your booking reference, date of travel, and passenger details so we can investigate properly.
If no genuine booking information can be provided, we will have no choice but to treat this review as misleading and report it to Trustpilot for verification.
Kind regards,
VIP Chauffeurs Service
★☆☆☆☆ Absolutely unacceptable and deeply disturbing experience
I rarely leave negative reviews, but after the experience I had with VIP Chauffeurs London, I genuinely feel obligated to warn other customers so nobody else has to go through what we experienced.
From the start, the service was far below the standards you would expect from a company advertising itself as a premium chauffeur service. The driver assigned to us, behaved in an extremely unpleasant and unprofessional manner throughout the journey. His attitude was rude, impatient, aggressive, and at times openly hostile, making the entire ride very uncomfortable.
What turned an already bad experience into something truly unacceptable happened during a stop at a gas station. To our surprise and discomfort, the driver entered the women’s restroom area, which was completely inappropriate behavior and honestly shocking to witness. At that point, it became very clear that this individual had no understanding of professionalism, personal boundaries, or basic respect toward passengers.
When customers pay for a private chauffeur service, especially one positioned as a premium company, they expect safety, courtesy, discretion, and professionalism. Unfortunately, this company delivered the exact opposite.
I am writing this review because I sincerely hope management takes responsibility, but more importantly, I want future customers to be aware before trusting this company with their transportation.
A truly terrible from start to finish.
