Like juggling jelly
ok, to do flat/square small surfaces. I tried doing countertop it was like juggling a jelly. i followed the instructions on YouTube. measured and cut to length.far too flimsy when it came to going around the hob and sink only two inches to lay and every time I pulled the backing off I ripped it. I took it off and put it in the bin. I been told about a german firm that sells vinyl at 200 microns which is twice a thick

Thank you for sharing your experience regarding the vinyl countertop product. We're deeply sorry to learn that it did not fully meet your expectations, especially during the intricate parts of your installation process around the hob and sink. Ensuring the satisfaction of our customers is paramount, and we take your feedback to heart as part of our ongoing effort to enhance the products we present.
The design of the vinyl, being thinner, aims to facilitate a more straightforward application, particularly on broad, flat surfaces. We understand, however, that in your case, this aspect may have made the installation challenging, especially when dealing with areas that require extra care and precision.
Please rest assured that we are actively taking steps to address the concerns raised in feedback like yours. This includes evaluating our product range and instructional materials to ensure they meet the diverse needs of our customers effectively and efficiently.
Your experience has been shared with our team to help us in our continuous pursuit of excellence and in making improvements where necessary. We are committed to providing quality products and to enhancing the customer experience.
We value your business and are grateful for the opportunity to learn from your feedback. Should you decide to give us another chance in the future, we are confident you will see our commitment to improvement reflected in our products and services.

Dear Clodagh,
We deeply apologise for the delay in the arrival of your item. We understand how important each delivery is to our customers, and we're genuinely sorry for any inconvenience this has caused you.
The delay is partly due to the increased volume of shipments handled by Royal Mail around Mother’s Day, which has impacted delivery times more than usual. To assist you further, we have re-sent your tracking information earlier today to ensure you have the latest updates on your order's status. Upon checking your tracking details, it's a relief to see that your item was successfully delivered this morning.
We truly appreciate your patience and understanding in this matter. If it's not too much trouble, we kindly ask if you could consider updating your review to reflect the resolution of your concern. Your feedback is invaluable to us, and we aim to provide the best service possible to our customers.
Thank you for your attention, and once again, we apologise for any inconvenience you’ve experienced. Please don't hesitate to reach out to us for any further assistance.
