Vintage Leather Arvostelua 

Had to return an item to exchange, after constantly chasing them for nearly 2 months they said if it wasnt here by monday id get a refund aswell, it didnt arrive monday but they have now sent it out and are refusing the refund

I ordered a brown leather vest and was amazed by the help l received.
After placing the order the company contacted me to check my size and I was told that the vest would be on the snug side and if I wanted a little bit more roomey I should go up a size.
Two days later the vest arrived and it fitted like it was Taylor made just for me.

It has been two weeks since I ordered. Nothing has arrived. Tracking is broken. Seller is a drop shipper and its coming from Asia. They have emailed me at 3am UK time. So unless customer service has insomnia they arent located in the UK

Excellent service! After ordering they asked for my measurements in concrete to guarantee a really good fit.
The fit is absolutely perfect now after receiving the jacket; also perfect the tailoring and workmanmship. I´m very pleased an couln´t imaging getting a Jacket of this quality for such a price! O.k.,shipping takes its time in after EU-times, but this is the problem for all UK-imports to germany. (I can tell about this, riding several british motorbikes...;-)

I received these chaps today. Quality seems to be superb and the lenght just right.. but.. waist was about 25 cm too long, had to adjust it a little, not going to send them back, tho. My biggest problem, beside the waist, is the overly flimsy belt buckle, very poor design choice. It should be more robust, considering the way those chaps are designed to work. I'd say the belt buckle is the first thing to fall apart. Leather itself is going to last a very long time.

The company did not have next size up, for my bomber hacket, but for £20 more, they made me a bespoke jacket and it is Fantastic, excellent quality, excellent service.

Just amazing… not only the jacket I ordered. So I ordered a jacket the very next day I saw another that I preferred so I reached out via email to see if I could get it changed to that one, usually it’s “sorry you’ll need to return and re order etc” nope asked what jacket I wanted, paid the extra and it was sorted. Amazing customer service. Jacket arrived, absolutely perfect, perfect fit looks amazing. Preps to the company, I’m super happy. Couldn’t recommend highly enough!!

Ordered a Black Classic Womens Brando Motorcycle Leather Jacket Ladies Biker Cowhide, initially very pleased. Wore a few times then put in the wardrobe over the summer.
Went to wear jacket again this winter, but horrified to bring out of the wardrobe and find all down one arm, and slightly on front, peeling of the 'leather', rendering the jacket unwearable!
REAL LEATHER DOES NOT PEEL LIKE THIS!
I have another leather jacket that is around 20 years old, in the same wardrobe, & it is perfect (although no longer fits 😕)
Have tried contacting company via email and telephone, emails ignored, and no one answers the telephone!
I feel cheated!!

I buy some leather trousers and they didn't fit me so I wanted a refund but it take quiet a long time to get refund back to me after about 3 weeks the refund is back I think vintage leather isn't a fan of giving you a refund even though the size doesn't fit you I won't be using them anymore

Ordered the gorgeous Brad Pitt biker jacker for my son. Its such good quality for the price and looks amazing. Customer service was excellent, we had a sizing issue which they dealt with easily and without fuss. Highly recommended company.

5 stars for excellent customer service. I ordered Black Leather Waistcoat as a gift, size L. I received an email requesting chest and waist size as they wanted to make sure the correct size was ordered. I replied with dimensions and was informed that they recommended size XL. I received an XL and it fits perfectly. This sensible service avoided unnecessary returns. The waistcoat if fab and I will never hesitate to order from Vintage Leather again. In a world where customer service can be inadequate this was the a ray of sunshine. Thank you
