Hidden subscription after small payment

I paid €1.99 for a single VIN report. Shortly afterwards my card was charged €49.99, and again the following month.

At the time of the €1.99 payment I did not see any clear information that this would trigger a recurring subscription of €49.99. I also never received a confirmation email about a subscription.

When I contacted support, they simply stated that a subscription existed but did not provide proof such as the checkout page or confirmation message.

Customers should be clearly informed if a small payment leads to recurring charges.

they are ordinary charlatans. i paid 3.99 euros for a report and i received nothing. i asked for a refund but i received nothing. stay away from this site.

This is a fraudulent scam site that will cunningly trick you into signing up for a subscription that can only be canceled by blocking your bank account and changing the card you were using to a new one with different details.

ATTENZIONE trattasi di truffa, non inviano nessun report, pensi di acquistare il report a 1.99€, ma in realtà sottoscrivi un abbonamento.
non arrivano mai le credenziali d'acesso, e dopo 7 giorni, arriva. in automatico, l'addebito dell'abbonamento di euro 49.99, ache riuscendo ad entrare nel proprio profilo, non c'è modo di cancellare l'abbonamento.
L'unica soluzione bloccare la carta e buttarla

Zero, è una truffa. Non vi mandano nulla e vi attivano servizi a pagamento sulla carta. Quindi dovete immediatamente bloccare la carta e buttarla.
