Would definitely use again
Just purchased a monnalisa dress and trainer's in the sale. Brilliant service quick delivery had to call to check stock and the staff was extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend.

If I could rate this place a zero I would! Rude customer service item arrived which looked just like a second. Alignment was shocking and not true to size. Looked fake! Box arrived damaged battered which had been pre used still with the previous receipt-ants name on! The response I got in my email was - we re use boxes and we don’t go by the look of the box!
When I order products I expect them to be delivered securely in a sealed box. I want to return my item to this company but this company is not co operating. I asked for a pre paid returns label as this is listed in their policy’s - terms and agreements! The response I got was. Send the item back and only if we believe it to be faulty we will reimburse your postage. That leaves me with little faith given how rude they have been so far! I would avoid this place at all cost and go to the direct retailer. I found ordering from Ralph Lauren and guess directly provided much better customer service! Should be ashamed of themselves!

Hi Rhiannon, I am sorry you are not happy with the box your order was sent in. As explained in my email to you we do re use boxes that stock is sent to us in to save on the environment. You ordered a gift that came in a tin and to save it from damage it was put in a box. We do not have on our terms any mention of pre paid labels? but we have asked you to return items you wish to return and if there is a fault with it we will refund your return postage costs.

Great items
Great items. Well priced, love the fact they offer payment plans even on reduced items, makes larger purchases a bit easier. Would love them to stock a few more brands but apart from that cannot fault them,

Hurtig service på tilbagebetaling.
Ikke købt noget hos dem, men et tilfælled af phishing scam gjorde at 8000 kr blev brugt fra min konto til køb hos Villagekids. Efter at have kontaktet dem sørgede de for at stoppe afsendingen af varene og retunerer mine penge. Dejligt med sådan en hurtig service i julemåneden.
