This Clothing company is a SCAM. Do NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM. Horrible experience! There’s no way to get incontact with someone. You have to email and when you do email which I’ve done several times I have yet to get a response. My Suit was sent back to the company and I have NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND. $475 dollars gone with no suit or even a follow up email. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and will not stop until something is done about this.I repeat Do NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNINGS ON THIS COMPANY. SCAM SCAM SCAM

I ordered 3 pair of western shoes on May 11 2026. Took money out immediately. Have been fighting ever since No shoes no refund not even a tracking number
I'm an older woman on a fixed income. I hate when this company can can take advantage of people. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

The customer service experienced is highly unsatisfactory. Communication is limited to email correspondence, which is frequently unresponsive. Although my package status indicates it has been shipped, there is no tracking number provided, and I am unable to contact anyone to ascertain the current status of the shipment.

I do not get my order and they send me 2 times tracking number and i still waiting for my shos

My package / order was supposedly delivers, Royal mail reported it delivered . But it hadnt. and because it was a temp post man they could not get an accurate position of what happened to the package. Vilana club requested I chase it - OMG. Royal Mail confirmed it should be the sender.

Vilana Club are refusing to refund me - as one of the items is no longer available .

Here is there last response OMG yes can you believe it

Sorry but your services is bad!
I made a order of 4 articles since 3weeks now and i only get one article . They gave me no reason, no excuses. I asked them why and then they gave me a explication , i asked them when i can get the rest of my order, and guess What??? No answer!!! Till know I have no feedback!! I paid for those articles , do think it is professional to work like this?? I don’t think so.
Now , What I want from you is or you give my money back or you send me the rest this week. I Hope I can get an answer from you . Thank you

I placed an order on nov 15 and I have never received it. This website is a scam!

Terrible customer service. They only have email for contact and never repond to emails. My package says shipped but there is no tracking number and I can't reach anyone to find out status.

Still not recieved items, emailed multiple times..

Please advise when items with come.
