I have been using Viktor for several months now, and I want to be honest about my experience because I think honest reviews are the ones that actually help people.
Is it perfect? No. There are growing pains. There are moments where things do not go as expected, and you have to work through them. But here is what has never wavered: the team behind this product.
The communication from the Viktor team has been exceptional, and I do not say that lightly. We live in a world where customer support means talking to an AI that misunderstands your question, sends you a link to an article you already read, and closes your ticket before your problem is solved. That is the new normal. Viktor is not that. Real people respond. They listen. They follow up. When I have had an issue,

The product itself is genuinely easy to use. I am not a developer. I am a teacher and a nonprofit founder who needed a technical co-founder but didn't have the budget for one. Viktor gave me that. I have built an entire platform ecosystem with it, and I did not need to know how to code to do it.
There are things I want to see improved. I have said so publicly and directly to the team. But that has not changed how I feel about where this is going. The bones are strong, the vision is real, and the people building it care.
