We're part of an extremely large group of people who are cruising with MSC in September.
Great communication from Vikki throughout the booking process, any issues or concerns she would respond to accordingly.
Would definitely recommend her and would use her expertise again.
Thank you Vikki.

Vicky was very friendly and helpful. She feels like a friend a has kept us informed all the way. We are a group of 7 and she has organised for us all to be in rooms next to each other. Can’t wait to meet Vicky on our cruise.

Very helpful would book with her again.
Very good communication.

Excellent, efficient work from a quality team.

So far so good

Talking to Vikki on the phone, enquiring about the Rock the boat cruise, I was given a full run down of everything. The shows on board, the cabins, the bars and restaurants and the ports of calls. She explained the cost and the different ways we could pay. She also had no problem in me calling her back when I’d spoken to my husband to book our trip. Very professional and will definitely use the company again.

This company is helpful and efficient, always on hand to answer any questions or give advice on any worries, we wouldn't use any other company as Vikki is so friendly and is amazing at what she does, definitely 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Booking with Vikki has been brilliant, I have never been on a cruise before and she has taken all the stress away from me.
She has kept me up to date with everything and is always on the end of the phone to answer my queries.

Vikki, was so easy to talk to and understood all our requirements at time of booking, ensuring we booked the best package for us on the Cruise. Although we are still several months away from sailing Vikki keeps in regular contact via phone and email informing us of additional itinerary etc thus ensuring that we are fully satisfied with what we have booked. she also answers phone calls and emails in a very prompt and effective manner. the fact that she has such a bubbly personality and knows exactly what the client needs is an added bonus :-) with a top personal concierge service

We booked a cruise though Not just travel and I can honestly say they have been great, nothing has been too much trouble and any queries we have had have been answered straight away.Vicky has been so helpful with anything we needed and we will definitely be using this company again

Not just travel - Vikki, is fabulous as an travel agent, keeping us very well informed on every up date and happy to go that extra mile to ensure that everything is in place prior to our holiday. I would recommend this company without a doubt
