Never again!

Super over-priced ticket fo a rubbish seat.
I felt cheated. The re-sellers at the entrance maybe a better option. Not worth it at all. The story does not end here as the experience at the Opera was awful because some of the staff were terribly nasty and arrogant. I wish I could talk to the manager. Never again!.

Thank you for your comments. You ordered tickets in the 6th category (out of 7). We delivered the best available seats next to each other on that category at the time of your order. The seat numbers were included in your booking confirmation. La Boheme is one of the most demanded performances in Vienna.

Regarding the prices, please note that the face value of the tickets was included both in our website (prior to completing your booking) and in your confirmation. No other ticket office worldwide is more transparent when it comes to that. The fee for these extremely demanded tickets was 35%. For most of the events offered in our website, we have no fees at all. There is unfortunately no other way to offer such tickets, as we also pay more than the face value.

We are very sorry if the staff at the opera house was unfriendly. We do see reports on this issue from time to time, but unfortunately as a ticket office, we can not influence the behaviour of the staff at the venue.

Having been informed about the price and the exact seats almost 2 months in advance, a simple email would have been enough to offer you a free cancellation if you wished so. Our service was excellent.

My visit to the Spanish Riding school…

My visit to the Spanish Riding school was the highlight of my trip to Vienna, and it was a pleasure to be able to pick up my ticket from the reception with no fuss, having booked 5 months earlier. Altogether, this system is efficient and I would use it again.

Vienna concert

Didn't encounter any problems in this site, very straightforward and would recommend to use if you are booking.

I booked great seat that cost extra

I booked great seat that cost extra, in the end balcony which were good.
The big disappointment was the boys choir that was singing. I know that they were good but that is not what I wanted to hear or had paid for. Over half the time was them singing and we were there to see the horses not the singing. Very, very upset by all 4 of us. If you are going to add this, put it out before hand so that a choice can be made to buy these try of tickets, we would not have chosen to come to this concert and have now gone away very, very disappointed.

Thank you for your comments. We are very sorry for the disappointment, but please note that the performance with Vienna Boys Choir was your choice.

The Spanish Riding School has generally two different performances:

- The normal performance with Lipizzaner Stallions Show and
- The special performance, a collaboration with Vienna Boys Choir

These two are clearly described in our website.

I loved the event and location venue

I loved the event and location venue, however I was told to enter the last entrance outside the building for my seat only to find that my seat allocation was at the main entrance. A little disappointed that staff could not get this right.
