Royal Orchestra Venue Deception

While order and getting our seat was easy enough. The advertised event was far from what we actually experienced. We went and saw the Vienna Royal Orchestra. All advertisement was that the venue was supposed to be in the House of Industry or Niederoesterreich Palace.; however, after getting our tickets and arriving at the address it turns out the venue is now a school gymnasium (I wish I was making this up). While the quality of performance was decent, it doesn't nearly make up for the 59 euro/person we paid based on the website images. Will be contacting for any reconciliation. Have another concert tomorrow....cant be worse can it?

Dear Sir / Madam,

Thank you for your comments. We offer all classical concerts in Vienna. We do not organise any events ourselves.

You have chosen to book that particular orchestra in that particular concert hall (check your confirmation, the address and everything else). The venue was clear from the beginning.

Now, it is also true that the orchestra has started to perform in this particular concert hall recently, and we still did not receive photos of this concert hall. In no way we claim that the photos in our website are form this hall, we actally make it absolutely clear that the photos in our website are from two other halls.

In addition, the concert hall in the historic gymnasium in Vienna's first district is also far far better than worst possible rating.

Not to mention the fact that you actually praised our service in the comments ("order and seating easy"), you obviously also liked the concert ("performance was decent"), and then still rate our entire service as worst possible !!?

We certainly hope you enjoy the second concert, as we truly try our best to have satisfied customers.

The show was wonderful but had to (in addition to the packaged cost) pay for beverages.

The show was wonderful, the food was great but very small helpings, but the drinks (to include water) were not included in the meal price. I had wished that I would've known about the added cost of the drinks- especially that I would be paying more than 5 Euro for a bottle of water. I would attend in the future but I would upgrade my meal for a better experience.

Vienna Concerts May 2019

During my visit to Vienna in May 2019, I registered for 3 concerts through ViennaConcerts.com. All were first rate. Each had a unique setting/venue that only added to the quality and atmosphere of the performances. If you have the opportunity, be sure to see Mozart’s Requiem at Karl’s Kirche.

Great experience!

Great experience!
Finding and buying tickets for an event I was interested in was easy and efficient.
I didn't realize I was supposed to print my ticket, which I didn't do before I arrived in Vienna. But the people at the event were accommodating so it was no problem! Really enjoyed the concert.
I would use Viennaconcerts.com again!
