My experience with VIDA has been really superb in the few months I have worked with them. Everyone on the team are highly professional, the process from profile creation to searching for and communicating with matches is streamlined, and the team were very diligent and responsive to feedback at every stage. Rene my matchmaker, deserves special recognition for her exceptional leadership and coordination within the team. Her ability to bring the team together, streamline the matchmaking process, and provide valuable insights was instrumental in making my online dating experience positive. Stella and Neda's support in creating my profile was invaluable, and the team's diligent efforts in searching for potential matches, responsiveness to feedback, and prompt issue resolution made the online dating journey much more enjoyable and supportive. I tried out the service with Vida for a few months and had a positive experience overall. They do a thorough job of covering all the bases, from styling to photos and a personalized matchmaker. My matchmaker, Kedi, was very attentive and answered my many questions throughout the process. Although I haven't found my match quite yet, I did have a number of dates generated and plan to utilize the service again if needed. I would definitely recommend the service to others, especially for busy professionals or anyone needing personalized help navigating the online dating world of today.

Honestly, it has been a wonderful experience so far. I have had a lot of experience with different dating apps and matchmaking services and this is top notch. I feel that my matchmaker Francesca is on the same page as me, understands what I'm looking for and checks in frequently. The writers who make your profiles are exceptionally clever and the team who puts your profile together really puts you in the best light. I know this sounds too good to be true but trust me when I say that this service is LEGIT. In addition, they are not asking for tens of thousands of dollars up front (like many other matchmaking services who do not deliver AND take your money) and I feel that the quality here is unmatched. If you're tired of the dating game, swiping endlessly and getting nowhere, then this is for you. You won't regret it.

The company is still personable but I found there were times when things were a little disjointed and choppy. For example, it was up to the last two hours before I was to have been scheduled for a date when Vida was still trying to get a hold of my date to determine where he wanted to meet for dinner. I wanted to plan, knowing that I may have to leave earlier depending on how far away the date was...and was still trying to get ready and accommodate the drive time there.

I got burned badly by a different dating company so I was hesitant to use another but I’m so glad I worked with Viktoria at VIDA select. They were super attentive, responded quickly to messages and in short, did everything they said they would do. I’d definitely recommend them.

Melissa was assigned as my matchmaker for the process. Her and the team were quite kind, efficient, and professional in their interactions. There is good value for the price considering the long initial intake call, questionnaires, visual identity, and development of icebreakers and new profiles. Melissa took sufficient time getting to know me and I was most quite impressed and pleased by the prompts/bios written for my profiles. They were spot on and clearly articulated who I am and what I was looking for in a very compelling way. My photos were enhanced which was a nice improvement. I became more confident throughout the process and I feel more comfortable with how I am presented on the dating apps now. Although I haven't found the one, the service improved the response rate and increased the duration and quality of my conversations. Melissa and team were thoughtful and strategic in their interactions but at the end of the day, the match needs to be reciprocal and many matches would "ghost" or I would learn more about them and realize they are not the one for me. I gave 4 stars because although the service is excellent; this does not guarantee quality matches or finding the one. VIDA can only do so much! Navigating the dating apps has become a frustrating job since they are rigged with algorithms. With VIDA's guidance and knowledge, it helped with getting me noticed and seeing better results. I would highly recommend considering the service for anyone who may feel at a loss with the dating apps because you will definitely gain something positive from this experience.

I only had a brief time with Vida Select. I had pics done and my basic profile was written. Vida Select chose the best pictures and polished my profile. Ms. Kedi Karlsen was a great support to get/keep things moving. The crazy thing is... An amazing lady loved my Pics and profile and reached out to me, along with a few others. It was a bit overwhelming, but we've been together for about 3 weeks, and "she" is breathtakingly, amazing. So... I am now off Vida Select, but they helped her and I to find each other and quickly at that. I couldn't be more pleased with Vida Select and their team.

I worked with Briona Sutherland and her team. Every step I was met with courteous professionalism and I will be using their service again if I need to. Dating is always overwhelming for me, so having VIDA was a source of reassurance. Briona was always available and able to answer my questions, and most of the matches they found for me had potential.

Shyne Gabriel and her helper Cristina on days off made my experience great along with the ghost writer. I haven't had so many dates in such a short time thanks to them. Shyne listened to any issues I had and would work with me financially if I had any issues. I've got so many dates that I don't know if I'll be able to keep up with them. Hopefully one of them will work out, but if not I'll be coming back to Vida. I really wasn't sure this would work, but amazingly it does. I would highly recommend Vida dating and the matchmaker Shyne Gabriel.
