If I could give zero stars I would, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered a dress for a special occasion, it took weeks to come (not the promised 3-11days) obviously didn’t come in time. I asked for a refund, they persuaded me to ‘save me time, money and effort’ to keep the dress and accept 50% refund. I’m still waiting 5 months later. They have continuously lied to me saying it was a problem with my bank, then there was an error at their end and the refund was in processing, still waiting. Now they have stopped replying to my emails.

I have had exactly the same experience as Nadine below. Ordered what looked like a lovely dress but extremely low quality once it eventually arrived. Requested to return which is when you discover your item has infact come from China & will cost to return so after a long negotiation agreed on a 50% refund but that was May & after numerous emails with pathetic apologies from them I have given up as they clearly have no intention of giving me a penny back so my advice......DO NOT GET SUCKED IN BY THE IMAGES & PLEASE DO NOT USE!

If I could rate this Zero stars I would! Do not buy from here. I bought two items, both nothing like the pictures or description. Awful, cheap and nasty material, very over priced for what actually arrived. Asked to return for full refund, told not possible. Instead I could keep both items for a partial refund. After 4 weeks no refund arrived. Queried this, advised it hadn’t been processed correctly and would be sorted. It’s now over 8 weeks and still no partial refund received. They were usually quick and polite to reply but when I’ve asked why it’s taking so long and who I can escalate it to they’ve ghosted me this week so they’ve had their opportunity and here is my honest review. Huge lesson learnt! Do not buy anything from this company and do your thorough research first

DO NOT PURCHASE from VP Manchester. If I could have scored Zero trust I would have. The Dress arrived was damaged. They offered a replacement , which never arrived. They then offered a partial refund and 10 weeks on still not received.
I purchased thinking support the business after it had to go to online business what a bad decision that was!
I would not purchase anything because despite their 30 day promise you won’t see your money if you need to return anything .

Same clothes found on TEMU for a fraction of the price, even same photos.

DONT TOUCH THEM WITH A BARGEPOLE - frauds.
I’ve been promised a refund from them as the dress I purchased was too small, promise after promise - I’m still waiting months later.They quite clearly never had any intention of refunding me - disgraceful

Absolutely awful company, like other reviews they make out to be a British company but are actually trading from China. Wanted to return the dress and went through a lot of ‘AI’ emails negotiating a refund, settled on 50% and waited over 4 weeks with still no refund. Luckily I brought with a credit card and raised a refund dispute, miraculously a few days later the refund was in my account.

I don’t want to leave any stars. What an absolute bunch of scammers. Bought a dress £40 for a wedding and when it came I was so disappointed as it was horrendous. Two months on and I’m still not any happier.. offering me 30% then 50% and I said I’m contacting Trade&Standards but when I saw that they actually are from China and not London that just said it all. I just wished I had read the reviews first. Lesson learned. Now to make sure no one else gets ripped off…. 😡😡

Dreadful company. Item arrived without tags and was too big for me. Refused to accept my online return. Negotiated a 50% refund and still have yet to receive it. Avoid this brand.

I seriously would not leave any stars but want to make people aware not to order from this site. I ordered a dress for my daughters wedding which I believed was in Manchester delivery stated 1-2 working days it took 6 weeks to come. I emailed them numerous times during my wait raising my concerns as it stated from china but was returned with responses saying we know you are looking forward to receiving your dress. It was eventually delivered but not within the timescale I needed it. The dress was not as the picture and the quality was very poor, it fit in places and not in others and you could see straight through it due to the poor quality of material used. I have since been emailing to ask about returning the dress which I have had no response. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF FROM DISAPPOINTMENT!!

Absolute scam. Dress was awful and way too big. Asked for a refund and was told it came from China so the postage would be a lot. After many emails asking for a refund, they then eventually said I could have 50% refund. Looked like if I didn’t accept that I would lose all of my money. Still not got refund despite messaging numerous times.

Total scam dress was nothing like advertised. I ordered an XL it didn't fit!! My friend who is a 10 tried it and it was too small. Horrendous quality. Company offered me 20% then 30% then 50% refund and to keep the dress. What use is that to me even if it did fit it's only fit for the bin! Apparently I have to return to Aisa even though the return address on the packaging is London. I gave up in the end and accepted 50%. I accidentally paid by bank card and not credit card fuming.

Please don’t buy from this company who are not from Manchester but China !! The dress I ordered is such poor quality and fit and nothing like the photos. I’m unable to return it as customer service is appalling, the company is a scam .

The items is of low standard and I cannot return it to the buyer. It is so badly made. This company is a scam. I only wish I read the reviews.

Please don't buy from this shop, I placed my order thinking they were located in Manchester. My order has taken a month to be delivered from China (which it didn't mention when the order was placed) The dress doesn't fit as it is very bad finished, I have send 3 emails to request a return as per instructions on the site and still waiting to hear from them. Awful customer service and misleading information on the site. Also the dress it doesn't look like in the site, the finish is very bad.
