Ordered over $100 worth of Zyn cans that ended up being counterfeit. I reached out to customer service for a refund of my order and was completely willing to ship back their fake Zyn cans. CS told me that there was no need to ship back the order and that they would refund me in 7-10 business days. They did not issue a refund so I ended up disputing this charge with my bank for selling counterfeit goods.

It says it ships from the US on their website. I was a bit skeptical when the package took 3 weeks to arrive in Canada. Once it arrived it seemed legit. Upon more research I found out there are a lot of fake Zyn pouches on the market. You can tell because the pouches are different. The packaging is very similar but more glossy. When you scan the QR code it takes you to a fake website. If you look at the URL it is very close but obviously not zyn. It takes you to ZY`N.com. Another giveaway is the trademark.

This is not a legitimate website. I ordered Zyns from the company and they all appeared to be real zyn containers but when I looked closer they were made cheaper and it was clear they were knock offs. The pouches were definitely not zyn I could tell by the taste alone and now they wont issue me a return. Do not buy from this website unless you are comfortable receiving bootleg nicotine products made in china
