i bought the “Pipeline Knit Brown” and i really love it. Texture, details and fit are amazing, the shipment was fast, even if was for italy.

Ordered two t-shirts and a pair of Linen Pants. The T-shirts are phenomenal however the pants were a bit small. After a brief back and forth with support they were easily able to help me recieve a correctly sized pair. Great products but most definitely size up. Shipping to the US took ~10 days from when ordered.

I have multiple clothes from them and i can tell you from my experience, the quality is fantastic! Really love the message behind the brand and I would definetly recomend buying with them because they are very open during the delivery proces making sure you are helped if you have any problems.

J’ai commandé un article le 24 juin, qui est sur le site apparaissait en stock.
Sauf qu’au moment de la commande, bizarrement, il n’y avait plus de stock, sauf que l’argent avait été encaissé.

Donc la première explication a arrêté de me dire qu’il fallait attendre du nouveau stock et qu’ils étaient désolés.
Jusqu’à là ça arrive.

Aujourd’hui nous sommes le 16 juillet. Je n’ai toujours pas reçu mon pantalon, il me disent que c’est le transporteur qui l’a depuis le 4 juillet et que le site de transporteur ne se met pas à jour, mais que mon colis est bien en transit.

C’est tout simplement faux, ils m’ont pas envoyé le colis.

Ça s’appelle donc du vol ou de l’arnaque.

Der Shop ist ein scam. Bestellung kam nie an. Support antwortet auch nicht. Einfach lieber nicht bestellen

op 23/06/26 plaats ik een bestelling.
kort erna krijg ik de melding dat deze in backorder staat.
daarna bevestiging dat deze vanaf 30/06/26 terug leverbaar is.
tot hiertoe verloopt het prima.
04/07/26 een mail met melding 'package is on the move'
05/07/26 een mail met de tracking en confirmatie dat het order bij de pakjesdienst is.
Sindsdien verandert er niets meer aan de status...noch krijg ik van Vibe-Club geen respons via mail.

The package arrived in 2-4 days in very good conditions. The pants are really nice, they have a perfect fit and a good texture

I recently got the striped linen pants and I couldn't be happier. The fitting is great and I really like the style along with attention to small details. Would highly recommend. Definitely won't be my last purchase from Vibeclub

Almost 3 weeks waiting for a t shirt to arrive. Numerous other reviews stating similar. Would never order from here again as they clearly either sell out of stock items or have a terrible courier service.

I haven’t received my order, nor received an update as to its status. It’s been close to two weeks since the order was placed and the information while placing it suggested it would be shipped in at most 5 business days. What a joke.

Op 06-04 heb ik een bestelling geplaatst bij Vibeclub (order #7093). Op de website staat aangegeven dat levering binnen 1-3 werkdagen plaatsvindt, maar uiteindelijk heb ik mijn bestelling pas op 28-04 ontvangen, 22 dagen later (17 werkdagen).

Wat mij vooral stoorde, was het complete gebrek aan communicatie vanuit Vibeclub. Ik heb op 20-04 zelf contact moeten opnemen om te vragen waar mijn bestelling bleef. Toen kreeg ik te horen dat het product “oversold” was en dus niet op voorraad bleek te zijn. Dat betekent dus dat producten als direct leverbaar worden verkocht, terwijl ze feitelijk niet beschikbaar zijn. Vanuit Vibeclub kwam geen enkele proactieve update hierover. Wel kreeg ik € 8,- compensatie aangeboden.

Omdat ik daarna nog steeds niets had ontvangen, heb ik op 25-04 opnieuw zelf moeten mailen. Pas toen kreeg ik een track & trace toegestuurd, waarna het pakket uiteindelijk op 28-04 geleverd werd.

Daarnaast viel de kwaliteit van de shirts erg tegen. Voor € 69,- per shirt had ik aanzienlijk betere kwaliteit verwacht. In combinatie met de lange levertijd en slechte communicatie heb ik besloten de bestelling retour te sturen.

Ook het retourproces vind ik niet bepaald klantvriendelijk. Als je gratis verzending hebt gehad bij het leveren, dan wordt er bij retourneren € 5,- van je refund ingehouden. Er zit geen retourlabel bij de bestelling. De retourverzendkosten moet je zelf betalen (in mijn geval ca. € 7,-). Uiteindelijk kost het dus ongeveer €12 om je bestelling terug te sturen.

Kortom: een erg slechte ervaring met Vibeclub. Slechte communicatie, geen initiatief vanuit het bedrijf, teleurstellende prijs-kwaliteitverhouding en extra kosten bij retourneren. Voor mij nooit meer.

On April 6th, I placed an order with Vibeclub (order #7093). Their website stated delivery within 1-3 business days, but I ultimately received my order on April 28th, 22 days later (17 business days).

What bothered me most was the complete lack of communication from Vibeclub. On April 20th, I had to contact them myself to ask where my order was. That’s when I was told the product had been “oversold” and was actually out of stock. In other words, products are being sold as directly available while they are not in stock at all. There was no proactive communication or update from Vibeclub regarding the delay. I did receive €8 compensation.

Since I still hadn’t received anything afterward, I emailed them again on April 25th. Only then did I receive a track & trace link, after which the package was finally delivered on April 28th.

In addition, the quality of the shirts was very disappointing. For €69 per shirt, I expected significantly better quality. Combined with the long delivery time and poor communication, I decided to return the order.

The return process is not customer-friendly either. If you qualified for free shipping on delivery, they still deduct €5 from your refund when returning items. There is also no return label included with the order, meaning you have to pay the return shipping costs yourself (around €7 in my case). In total, returning the order costs approximately €12.

Overall, this was a very poor experience with Vibeclub: bad communication, no initiative from the company, disappointing price-quality ratio, and extra return costs. Never again for me.

Slow customer service response but ultimately they fixed my order issue and sent the correct size. Happy with the product material and fit.

I ordered a month ago and still have not received anything! They say they shipped the package but DHL says they have not seen anything, and it has been like that for weeks.

Le pull est incroyable, la qualité parfaite, je recommande vivement ce site. En revanche les prix sont assez élevés je trouve ce qui est dommage. Je recommanderais avec plaisir.

Fast shipping but was not too happy with the quality of the shirts. For the price, they just feel too low of a quality. Otherwise great service.

I had the wrong size and could have exchanged it, good service, they are not difficult as they should be
