I made. A purchase from Simply Sours. It was a buy 1 get 2 free for trying it.site said free refunds in 30 days if you wanted to cancel. It cost $39.99. It took close to 3 week for the shipment to arrive. Soon after i got an e mail saying my 2nd order was being prepared to ship and they charged my card $239.99. I tried to call them, no phone # available. No email way to contact them. I finally went through their site and told them i did not place a second order and wanted a refund for my $239.99. They responded they were not accepting return’s at this time. I called my bank and canceled my card to stop them from any further charges. I’ve contacted them at least 6 times trying get my money refunded. I told them i wanted the refund in the form of a check since i had to cancel my card. I’ve been fighting this since early March. Today is April 21st and i still don’t have my $239.99 back that i didn’t authorize.

The internet is a joke out here period. When the wind blows or it rains or just simply a cloudy day you’re not going to watch TV here. Trying to stay connected is nearly impossible!!

No tech, no appt, no call back., no follow up.

Empresa distribuidora de 'internet vía satélite rural' pésima. Nefasto servicio y pésimo servicio al cliente. Antes de contratarlos, opten por STARLINK. Desde que disponemos de starlink 380mb/s y viasat 30mb/s. No instalen viasat! Se arrepentirán.

Today we call to have them sent the box or have someone come you to the house and get the internet.The lady that I talk to keep telling that I have to wait until next mouth before that would happen.They don't have good customer sever at all.Where we live we need to watch every thing on line and by the tenth of the mouth we are out.We would have to by more time for the internet

I am satisfied with the service. There is one thing I feel strongly about. You should not have to pay additional fees to change due date of monthly payments. I requested due date change several months ago and was surprised that the change would cost $30.00. I have never had any requests from other creditors for changing payment date.

Absolutely terrible. 130$ a month for wifi that barely runs YouTube and Netflix. It took 19 hours to download a 40gb game. If you want reliable wifi DONT USE VIASAT

Service in Alaska is terrible!

5 year Viasat customer. In the beginning reception service was okay (i.e. passable) and customer service was fair. Over time, the reception became awful and customer service terrible. DO NOT USE Viasat.

Mi è stata rimossa la vettura ma il'App del servizio di geolocalizzazione mi indicava che l'auto era ancora nel posto dove l'avevo parcheggiata la mattina ma in realtà era stata portata via in un deposito auto senza che, peraltro, mi arrivasse alcun avviso sul cellulare sullo spostamento del mio veicolo. Ho chiamato l'assistenza per capire come rintracciare la vettura ma non rispondeva nessuno. Ho fatto prima io chiedendo in giro quale era la società che recuperava le vetture in quella zona e rientrare in possesso del mezzo. Pago un servizio che quando hai bisogno non serve. Posso farne a meno a questo punto.

Il gps non funziona e non rintraccia l'attuale posizione dell'auto.
Impossibile mettersi in contatto con un operatore sia telefonicamente che per mail.
Servizio molto scadente!

Poor customer service. In my opinion, this company is more related to a scam organization with a legal business. Don't waste your money.

The internet is too low I can’t watch a movie because stopped every five minutes , I’m very disappointed , this happened every day.

Exorbitantly expensive for SNAIL SLOWww internet speed. No speed here. Often no connection at all or barely there at best. Truly taking advantage of the other companies not providing service to our area. When the government low income subsidy lapsed Viasat TRIPLED the cost to low income folks trapped into having their "service". Nice, huh?

Weak to nonexistent internet when we have heavy rains.

Weak Wi-Fi throughout the house- never ever reach the download/ upload speeds we pay for monthly.

If I could get fiber to my house, I would cancel Viasat.

The support staff is amazing! They listen and understand and will work to make your Viasat experience excellent. We are very pleased with this company.
