The reply is incorrect on 3 points:
1 There is no evidence to suggest that the driver caused the damage to the arms of the 2 sofas.
2 The replacement sofas show that where the damage occurred on the 2 original sofas, the arms are only glued together. Clearly an inferior product.
3 The law states that I am entitled to a refund.
We were quite amazed at first by the beautiful furniture offered and we bought quite an expensive table from them. Everything in the beginning was great - the customer service, polite and responsive until the moment the product arrived. The driver dropped the product to my mother (almost 60),didn't give her a document to sign and directly left. We immediately reported the damaged box as per their instructions without even opening the product. We were at first advised to open it and we have noticed a damage on the table. Customer service claimed it was our fault, that we didn't follow their instructions and they refused to replace the table. Furthermore, the table turned out to be of a very poor quality - all wibbeling and unstable. It took us too much effort to actually replace it as it was going to take us too much administrative time but luckily, we had a lawyer and she helped us to get a partial refund as a compensation. I would strongly discourage you to use their service.

We are sorry and we recognize that your experience on Viadurini has not been positive.
We have deeply discussed this with you and with your lawyer and we are even more sorry that regardless of everything, you have decided to try to compromise our image with this review.
In the first place, the couriers should not damage the parcels we entrust them, but sometimes it happens and we cannot control it.
Unfortunately, the item you have purchased did not have the characteristics to be shipped with the transport companies specialized in furniture delivery, but only with the express couriers.
Viadurini has sent you specific instructions regarding how to move forward in case of damaged goods as soon as the order has been shipped and you also asked further clarifications to the Custom Care on Whatsapp about it.
On both occasions, it was underlined that any damage on the box had to be reported on the waybill, before the courier goes away.
We specifically wrote that you have to refuse the parcel if the courier does not allow you to report a visible anomaly on the waybill.
Your mother did not do it and we are sorry, because we understand that she acted in good faith, but you told us that she was not informed about the procedure. It was your duty to inform her.
She signed the document for acceptance (it is not true that she wasn't given a document to sign at all) and she did not report the anomaly with the signature.
The insurance policy has been invalidated by not following the procedure.
Regardless of this, we have immediately told you that we would have covered the greatest part of the costs to replace the whole table and only asked you to pay € 200 that has been further reduced to € 130.
You only had to refuse the parcel or report the torn box on the waybill to get the totally free replacement.
In absence of this, as reported on the instructions, Viadurini cannot guarantee a free replacement.
Nonetheless, in the end, besides our offers that you have refused and in order to meet you halfway we have agreed on refunding you of a specific amount instead of replacing the table, as requested by you.

Wij hebben hier een mooie uitschuiftafel besteld. Een beetje huiverig, want hij was best duur en we konden niet naar een showroom. Echter Laura van de customer service was super behulpzaam. Meermaals heen en weer gemaild, ze heeft ons gedetailleerde fotos van de soorten hout gestuurd en constant goed op de hoogte gehouden van de verzending etc. Ook na levering nog waren ze erg goed bereikbaar.
Wij zijn diep onder de indruk!
I am very much satisfied! I have received a product which was exactly as described, its delivery was fast, and the customer service from the seller was excellent. I could not expect more! I would recommend Viadurini to all my friends.
