Been using VGS for years, since 2019, over this time they have been impeccable, keeping my aging Seat Leon Cupra going, doing all the tuning and hardwear work too. Bending over backwards to help keep me on the road when I needed it. Highly recommend, brilliant team too.
This company serviced my Hyundai through Servicingstop. VGS were late picking up my car on the Thursday. It was supposed to be returned to me between 1600 and 1800 the same day. It was not. Despite VGS having my telephone number, they never contacted me. I had to ring them the following day. The person I spoke to said in effect that I was not a customer (because I went through a call centre, ie Servicingstop) and therefore did not count! I was not a high priority. They said my car was due to be returned between 1000 and 1100 on the Friday. It was not actually returned until 1107. Then the driver who returned it said they had tried to telephone me which was not what the other person said.
Punctuality poor, customer care atrocious. I can not trust them whatsoever.
What the title says - very reasonably priced and have never tried to rinse me for parts the car didn't need. I have had my Audi serviced there twice now and will definitely take it back again
This specialist garage has the best customer service levels I've ever experienced, honest and transparent and they have a beautiful GSD in the work shop too!
Pick and delivery of vehicle! Qaulity work and parts, super friendly, in fact, everything you wouldn't expect from a garage! I'll be taking my s4 and TT back to them and no one else.
Highly recommended!!
