Customer service is terrible

Customer service is terrible. Had a syrup pan with a bumg installed wrong so the valve tightened upside down. Their response was to use more thread tape and tighten less lol

Only Chinese made Vevor would give this response.

Amazing company

From navigating the website, to ordering, to receiving the order, it is all easy to use and quick. The delivery comes in quick after the order has been placed. The items are quite secure in their shipping boxes as I have not had to return any broken items. The pictures are what the item looks like when received! The products are great quality!

Heavy duty coat rack: 650 lb weight capacity

Fast delivery although the packaging box was slightly damaged but the items inside were okay. Not as easy to install for one person yet doable. Looks good after installing. Durability and performance will be tested as time goes by.

received order with damaged parts. contacted customer service to request a return and full amount of refund. Only one response - wait for 24-48 hours ... after 48 hours, wait another 24-48 hours... keep going. The quality of the product is not the same as described. Finally required dispute from the bank without any other choice.
