Great visit
My little cat buddy got in a scrape and had some swelling around his face and was uncomfortable and generally not looking good. Dr. Delacruz could assess that other than the swelling he seemed fine and got him started on some antibiotics and pain meds to help get him better. This isn’t the first time I’ve used Vetster and I’m so glad for a service like this with dedicated professionals like Dr. Delacruz who are committed to ensuring pets get better sooner than later, especially over a weekend when we can’t get into see our vet. The amount of care and concern for my pal wasn’t any different with Dr. Delacruz than it would have been with his regular veterinarian. So glad to have found Vetster and have the opportunity for Dr. Delacruz to help make Arlo better.

Hi Lauren,
Thank you for sharing your experience with Vetster and Dr. Rao!
Amazing service!
I was able to book an appointment on the same day for my pet whereas my usual vet is booked and would’ve seen us only in three weeks for what is for now a non urgent matter.
The convenience of being able to have a video consult is great because it allows my cat not to go through the unnecessary stress of getting into a carrier, the car and the clinic.
The veterinarian we saw was very kind and knowledgeable, and provided me with a treatment plan within minutes.
Highly recommend this app for any animal lover. :)
