Couldn’t be happier
From the moment we walked into the showroom and met Charlotte we knew this was the right place. She is knowledgable, friendly, efficient and clearly passionate about what she does - nothing was too much trouble. After a test drive we went home and had a think about it, but the decision was made quickly and we soon had proceedings in place. There was a slight delay in the car’s arrival but Charlotte kept me informed at each step, and always replied to emails promptly and clearly. Pick up went really well, again Charlotte’s expertise was clear as she took me round the car’s features again, and I was delighted as I drove away. Should there be any teething problems I am confident I’ll get the help I need and I couldn’t recommend Vertu Worcester more highly.

Didn’t feel pressurised at all.

Was very accommodating regarding the delay in getting to see the car because of hard snow in Wales!!

Highly recommend Mark at Citroen Worcester and Citroen Dispatch!
Firstly, I'd highly recommend Mark at the Vertu Citroen Worcester, a commensurate professional. He's very easy to deal with, open, up-front and didn't try and hard sell on products i didn't need. The same transaction took three days from start to vehicle collection, including a trade-in of an existing vehicle. Excellent & Simple.
I would also highly recommend the Citroen Dispatch, the Price is outstanding, the specification fabulous and it drives just like a car. All of this for £13,000 less than a Ford transit why would you even look elsewhere?

We have had a very good experience with Vertu at Worcester, excellent communication, and the head of sales Joshua Attwood was very polite and understanding, nothing was to much trouble, appointments kept to time, car was ready to collect when stated, couldn't fault the service we received.
