If I could give them a zero I would. Their website claims they guarantee satisfaction. I received a shirt I purchased and it turned out to be too big. I emailed them with the name provided FOUR TIMES and it just bounced back stating the message couldn’t be delivered. Nothing went through and there was no other email available. Scan website.

Received a men’s large when I ordered a woman’s large. I tried emailing twice to the email provided at the bottom of the screen and the messages were both rejected and sent back to me. No one to get ahold of and now i’m stuck with a huge shirt I can’t wear.

Besides the hoodie’s material being very uncomfortable the word “include” was misspelled, missing the letter L.

Didn't take too long to arrive. Very happy with purchase.

The website is incomplete and cannot find any links for customer service or any other contacts. Placed an order on 9/18/22. Website says

"It will need 7-10 days to deliver to your USA address, and 15-25 days for address outside USA area, using USPS with Tracking Number."

Never received tracking number.
Today is 10/17/22 and this is the first email (survey) I have received since placing the order.

I thought I understood it to say you could pay with credit card it would not let me. I really liked the snoopy memorial shirt on your site and can't find it anywhere else so I guess I won't be buying it because I don't have a PayPal account.

I ordered an XL T-Shirt from this company. While they did sent me the right shirt design, they sent it in XXXL instead of XL. I've made multiple attempts to reach out to this company to rectify the situation with no response. A 1 star rating is being generous.

The front logo is too far to the left, and sits literally on my armpit.

Only sent one shirt when I ordered two. Ignored my emails when I complained. Do not order.

The online ordering process was easy, but I never received an email confirmation for my order (and I checked my spam/junk folders). As time went by and life got hectic I forgot what I had ordered and couldn't find any email confirmations to remind me. I saw a PayPal transaction come through, but I did not recognize the name on it because it did NOT match the name of your online store, so I thought it was a fraudulent charge. Then the shirt arrived and I realized that was the PayPal charge I didn't recognize. So, first, you need to configure your ecommerce platform to generate automated emails with order confirmation details. Second, you need to change the name on your merchant account from "alwali" (ario.guswara @outlook.com) to Veroattack, so even if the order confirmation email doesn't come through, your buyer can identify what their transaction was for.
As an aside, I ordered a size small but it apparently runs big. Not a huge deal, just letting you know.

Ordered 5 sweatshirts. All were perfect and exactly as described. This is my second time ordering from VeroAttack and I'm highly satisfied. Thanks!

Never received the order, have no idea how to email company. Tried emailing and they bounced back.

Cloths were stitched crooked and sizes ran small one wash and these things looked like half shirts

Was disappointed with the quality of the shirt - feels very stiff. And the placement of the print was slightly crooked.
