These people are low down and dirty. They double ship everything and when you call them to correct the problem they hang up the phone. If you order anything from them you get what you deserve.

Zero stars would be more appropriate. I purchased a dress on sale that was supposed to be a floral print v neck chiffon dress. When I received the dress it was a polka dot v neck polyester dress with a belt that was separate. It was NOT as pictured and I am extremely annoyed. It was only $34.99 so not even worth paying shipping to return. At least they sent blue as I requested. Never again will I order from this scam site.

Do not buy from this company! I ordered a pillow 3 weeks ago the website trys to get you to agree to a $7.95 warranty and although I didn't choose it it tried to charge my card. The charge for the pillow came out of my account right away im still waiting for the pillow and spoke to 4 different reps ALL RUDE telling me it shipped but not providing me with a tracking #. When I went to online support it says it has not been shipped. They took my money and I doubt I will ever see the pillow. STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE ITS A SCAM! Update!! my card was charged $39.99 fraudulent charge today after writing this review. My bank closed my card and I am now trying to get back the money from the order I never received. I read all the terrible reviews after I was scammed. Please stay away from this website!

Terrible scammy company. I should have checked reviews before ordering, but I was in a hurry. The order screens are all designed to trick you into adding products. I ordered one product, then each screen had add-ons with tiny text saying "no thanks" that could easily be missed. I said no to each screen, but they still tacked on an extra charge of $8 for a warranty I declined. I immediately called and to their credit they reversed that charge. I did receive the item in about a week, but emails and credit cards statements are from different company names, such as verniershop.com, viraxpower.com, and venstore.com. Today I was notified by my credit card's fraud dept that they tried to charge my card another $40. They denied the charge and are cancelling my card which I appreciate, but it's a hassle. Apparently this company can't make money by simply shipping products and getting repeat customers, so instead they just start adding extra charges. AVOID!

Also - is anyone buying that the other 5 star reviews are real?! Most of them have two first names. C'mon China, you can do better than that.

1. The worst thing is 3 weeks after I made a purchase from this site, they made an unauthorised transaction on my card. This is absolutely theft in my opinion. Fortunately my bank spotted the fraudulent transaction, stopped it, then notified me. My bank cancelled my card to protect me. All a big hassle for me but luckily I have a good bank.
2. When making the original purchase they quoted a delivery date range then AFTER I paid them, they advised a much longer delivery time.
3. During the purchase their Web site is set up so as you can easily be tricked into buying additional rip off insurance. I was caught by this trick.
In summary, my experience has led me to never ever go near this business again under any circumstances. The unauthorized attack on my card today is 100% criminal in my view.

Untruthful Company
I ordered a pair of shoes. They were marked as my size, but were 2-3 sizes too large.
When I tried to return them they offered me at 30% refund!
NEVER EVER EVER do "business" with them.

After entering my credit card information, the website took me to a page with "optional" warranty information. There was no way to deselect any of the checked boxes, but at the bottom in subdued font was an option for "No thanks...", which I clicked. It then processed my order and charged me for the warranty that I did not desire (nor did I approve it).

So glad to have looked up this company. I wasn't even going to, they seemed like a legit American Co. However, I thought it surprising that the item I wanted was substantially cheaper than what was in stores. I almost purchased an electric toothbrush. The deal seemed too good. However, I decided to investigate a bit. In a few seconds saw bad reviews. Thank you Holy Spirit for prompting me to research them! Thank you to the customers that took the time to write these reviews! I appreciate that! I hope you all get justice and this company is exposed and taken to court. You all deserve your money back!

in June of 2025 I ordered what was supposed to be a woman's size 8 water/walking shoe. I received the shoes, but they were a man's size 10 shoe. well I sent them an email about my issue. They told me to send a pic measurement of the shoe. Well I could not do it, but they gave me the run around, when I tried calling several times to the number on their website, but they never answered. I requested to return the shoes, they refused said they would refund 30% but never happened. So I got stuck with a men's 10 shoe that I cannot get rid of. This is a total scam business if you could call it that, and they just stole my money. Beware!! stay away from this website. It cannot be legit!!!

I purchased 2 trackers and web site did not state that they needed Sim cards until I got a email after my purchase and then when I said I wanted to return for refund they informed me I would get 50% and then the other 50% when they receive them back minus a restocking fee mind you which is not mentioned in their return policy
I never got any kind of refund once they were returned and they refuse to answer any of my multiple emails asking about refund on top of they tried to bill me for services I did not authorize so with all that said this company is a scam and any of the 5 star reviews are probably from there company employees

I believe this is verniershop. I swore I looked up reviews but guess not under vernstores. My orders (2) arrived in crumpled cheap unmatching boxes, and not what was promised. Like cheap toys from a bubble gum machine. I messaged asking to return them as they were not what I expected and didn't work. I receive a message basically stalling, requesting photos etc. They then offered 50% refund because of restocking fees, or keep it at 50%. I replied that I would need full refund if it doesn't work. It is worthless at 50% and I shouldn't have to pay anything if it doesn't work. Eventually they told me I had exceeded the time to get any refund at all. Now I have cheap plastic items that are worthless and I'm out $70 with two useless items. I feel foolish. Tried to attached photos and invoice.

My tweed jacket was STUFFED in a small plastic bag and shipped to me. Very wrinkled. Also cheaply made. BEWARE!! THEY CHARGED ME 15 PERCENT RESTOCKING THE FEE!!! For that wrinkled crap!!

These people are crooks. The item I purchased was of poor quality, I should have been more observant, my fault. However the put a charge of 7.95 for shipping insurance that I didn’t ok. Today the company that handles their credit card charges me $39.95 with no explanation for what. I called my credit card company. They can’t do anything until it clears. These people are crooks.

The product that I ordered was nothing like was described. It was a piece of junk which I waited better then a month for delivery. Please stay away!!!

I ordered from the company because they claim they are based in the US. In spite of showing a NC address, they are not. Item ships directly from China by a 3rd tier shipper. First, they charged extra for a “lifetime warranty” that I didn’t ask for and which doesn’t even show on the check out page. I decided to just let it go. Then they send multiple emails about the unexpected “delay” in shipping which is more likely because a little research shows the item is actually shipping from China not NC as they claim. Then, after reading reviews of others about being automatically charged monthly for their “Rewards Club” I decided to check my emailed receipt and see the fine print at the end about how to cancel it if I don’t want it. Let’s see if they really cancel it or I have to fight the fraudulent charges. Still waiting for my order to eventually arrive, but at this point I don’t actually expect it to work.

Just did a little more research. Their company address is a “Virtual Office” in NC from a company that provides a US address for companies that don’t have a physical location.

I wish I had taken the time to read the reviews of Vernier Shop/Buskyskin.co. Following a poor experience I can only say the published reviews 100% reflect my experience. Extended delivery time, charges for items not requested, items received look nothing like the item pictured, return impossible- having to fight and file a credit card dispute to receive a less than full price return and no return shipping. Overall horrible experience. Posted reviews say it better than I can. Never again will I order from this merchant.

I bought a Weed Eater, It took forever then when I got it was in about 25 piece to be put together our selves. Cheap. I have called many times get a different answer each time from someone from a different country. They promised different things each time. Last time said I would hear from then within 2 Business days & thats been a week. It's made cheap. I DONOT feel like they take of their customers. VERY unhappy.

I bought a pressure washer hose connector.
Item won't connect to any hose.
I called the company,for returning the infective item,I pay shipping plus 15% restocking fee.plus 50% refund on the product .
If I had read these reviews before I would have saved myself the trouble.

I ordered a dash camera from vernier store which represent themselves as an American company . While checking out i was forced to purchase the insurance for an addtional $7.95 , would not process the order without it. FIRST STRIKE! I live about two hours from their business office in Raleigh,NC and assumed the product would be coming from there. I later got a tracking number showing it shipping from Hong Kong and may not be here for another couple of weeks . I emailed the company with my concerns and got responses from Mark and Tom that were very generic . After reading others reviews here about the customer service reps having asian accents I have to assume these guys are running a scam on the American people . Double charging, not refunding , other misc. charges ..... Robbing people! I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company to day. Avoid doing business with this Sham of a company !!!!!!
