False advertising and horrible customer service! I ordered a keepsake travel box as a gift, and it’s shown with a sweet map drawing on the plexiglass front. The images in the reviews also show the map. I received a plain shadow box that looks nothing like what they who’s on their website and in the reviews. When I called them on it, they said the map isn’t in the description of the item—but it’s on the boxes in the reviews? C’mon.
They offered me a discount but that’s it. And when I tried ti leave a review on their site, you could only leave one with five stars! DO NOT buy from this shop!

I wish I had the level of the zero. The cup looks nothing like the picture it's not even made of the right material. It's just painted ceramic I hate when these things happen I'm not even giving it to the person I bought it for it's too cheesy very very disappointed

This is a terrible company with terrible customer service. They enrolled me into some type of monthly payment that I didn't request or authorize. It was never even discussed. They sent me a heated jacket without any battery and sent it to the wrong address. When I called in the first time to get it corrected, they sent me an email with all of the wrong information. I called back a few days later and was told that I had to speak to a supervisor that would call me right back, which didn't happen. Then I called back over an hour later and was hung up on multiple times, sometimes within 10-15 seconds of starting the conversation. I kept my end professional, but whenever I asked about a supervisor, they hung up. One lady even admitted hanging up on me because I asked her too many questions. I've never had an experience like this before. Buyer beware - use anybody but this place.

I fell for the scam and my bank even called me and asked if i ordered and i said yes, ordered a torch lighter that said nothing about needing butane even the reviews on their site everyone said so glad i don't need to fill with butane anymore, then the extra charge came in last week and my credit card flagged it right away , shut down my card , BTW to leave a review on their website it doesnt let you choose anything but 5 stars even if leaving a bad review as i did. Def BUYER BEWARE

I purchased a small robotic dog for my grandchild for Christmas. Within 3 weeks my card was charged 2 additional times by 2 other companies tied to Venstore/Vernier Shop to the tune of $75, for what, I have no idea. I called them twice and they said they’d refund my money. They only gave me half back. I had to cancel my bankcard and get a new one to avoid them randomly charging me for NOTHING again. To add insult to injury they put the same dog I had purchased for HALF of what I paid for it 2 weeks after I got mine.
The ad for the dog said it did all these things and learned from your voice kinda like a Furby. It barks (yipes really)and moves back and forth, that’s it. Don’t be fooled. This company should be out of business because they are sneaky and dishonest.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Terrible products and terrible customer service. Ordered a remote control boat for my nephew for his birthday early so it would be here in time and since they don’t live near me. When he opened the gift and tried to get it working we noticed it was missing the on/off switch completely so it would not work. I contacted the company to request a replacement since the product they sent was completely defective and since it was outside the 30 days they wouldn’t do anything. They said they have this 30 day policy so that things are fair and consistent. I think shipping a working product that isn’t missing parts would be more fair and consistent. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Embarrassed that they say this is an American owned and operated company- such a shame.

Total fraud, cancel your card if you made a purchase, they will start charging unauthorized charges around 30 bucks

They deserve 0 stars. This website is a TOTAL SCAM. They even have a bullshit package tracking page to make it seem like they actually sent you something. It’s all bullshit. AVOID AVOID AVOID AND REPORT THEM TO THE SEC.

Scam. Ordered an item, and credit card billed multiple times to 2 entities, including jomhome.com. Wells Fargo recognized these as fraud and declined them, but I still had to get a new card.
Item I ordered DID arrive. It appears to have been in used condition, then smashed en route to my house.

No stars and BBB and my bank have been notified. This company is a front. The initial purchase took several weeks to arrive, accompanied by a $9.99 surcharge to JOMHOME.COM for "Lifetime warranty shipping protection" which I did not authorize at time of purchase, and which they stated they would not refund since I received the item. Two months later my bank contacted me to say a company TUMOHEALTH had removed two monthly auto-deductions of $39.99 each after this purchase. I have protested these charges and may cancel my debit card as a result. These companies need to be shut down and their operators arrested.

I ordered a birdfeeder. When delivered, it was not as shown -- not even close. The top lid wouldn't even close because the diameter was the same as the cylinder it was to cover. The parts were flimsy tin instead of cast iron as shown. It was 1/2 the height shown in the online photo.

I contacted support and they issued a 1/3 refund. Better than nothing but since the item was unable to close, it was really worth nothing (it went unused and directly into the trash can).

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS VENDOR.

Order came through after two weeks. But then, two days after order arrived, so did three phony charges to my Master Card. BBB notes that VernierShop is in cahoots with the firm that first tried to levy my Master Card account. Master Card caught it, declined payment, and sent me a new card. This is a SCAM OPERATION and should be TOTALLY AVOIDED.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! I ordered a hand-held car vacuum described as 95,000 Pa suction. The item I received is labeled as 16,000 Pa. In addition, the charging port receptacle had fallen into the body of the unit, making it unusable. Customer service sends a refund request to a third party. They offer a 50% immediate refund (not received after 2 weeks) and the balance on receipt, minus a 15% restocking fee. Return shipment would be at my expense, even though the return policy states this is unless the product is not as described or is defective. I responded to their email with a request for a full refund and a shipping label, did not hear anything after 10 days. Called customer service and explained exactly why the offer was not acceptable. They resubmitted a request, and I received the same reply.

This is a scam!!!! So sad to try and defraud Christmas shoppers. Really pathetic people running this sham company-- AVOID!!! I filed an FTC complaint and encourage others to report them!

If I could put less than one star I would. This company is terrible! They tried to charge me a warranty of $9.95 for a dog toy. When I tried to call the "urgent" number, they did not answer. I did get my refund but then when the products came, they were less than quality and definitely not as advertised. I ordered two "chew resistant" toys for our 8month old dachshund; he chewed through one of them within an hour. The second toy was supposed to be a crocodile but they sent a T-rex and told me it was the same item! This toy is NOT chew resistant either. BUYER BEWARE & STAY AWAY from this company!!

Ordered a cordless hair dryer waited 2 weekend finally received it and it's not as described. No heat,it doesn't look like the same product. Called to ask about returning it and was hung up on several times. Customer service was very rude!! Stay away from this company, clearly a rip off.

Horrible! Tried to buy wireless headset for TV watching. The transaction didn’t go through and I got a text from my credit card. 2 seconds later I got the same charge 5 more times from 3 different company names. A total of 6 charges for the same amount. I had to shut down my credit card! Waste of time.

Hidden membership and hidden charge for shipping (insurance)... It was advertised as free shipping, then I got an email receipt for about 10 dollars for shipping insurance, and I later found out there is a 39 dollar monthly membership charge that I saw nothing about, and you have to cancil your membership so you won't be charged. Good luck...
