These guys transformed our extension, from the moment we initially spoke with Ollie through to the installation with Mario the entire service was 5 star. Thoroughly recommend them for any of your glazing needs. Great team!!

A close family member has had endless problems with this company from the very beginning. The windows have leaked, there are ongoing draughts, and there were clear fitting issues from installation.
Customer service has been extremely poor. Over the last three years, the company has made repeated visits claiming to fix the problems, yet they have consistently failed to resolve them.
The staff have been unprofessional—often arriving late in the day, appearing tired, and giving the impression they don’t want to be there. On several occasions, they mentioned travelling around four hours to reach the site, which seemed to make them keen to rush the job and leave as quickly as possible.
Overall, the experience has been frustrating and disappointing from start to finish. I would strongly recommend avoiding this company

Avoid at all costs – We had an absolute nightmare with this company. We ordered several windows and doors from them for a Grade 1 Manor House . One door arrived with a bad blemish to the powder coat finish and it was taken back by them to be re painted only for them to spray paint over the blemish rather than powder coat it.
Another door had the deposit of 40% paid a year ago on a fixed price deal , they lost our builders template, delayed installation repeatedly despite being chased at least 15 times and then two weeks before installation demanded a 40% uplift in the pre agreed cost or they wouldn’t install the door we had waited a year for

We did fail miserably with your curved door. The door with the blemish was remade.
Fortunately, while we experienced delays due varying factors, we did manage to finish your project.
The delays were caused by acute curves and special steels had to be sourced to create these which took considerable time and increased costs.
However, despite your dissatisfaction, your project is finished to the highest standard.
If you let us know your bank details, we will refund you the difference in the uplift in cost.

We had Heritage swing doors with fixed side panels installed in March.
The quality of the product is excellent and the team that installed them were efficient and professional. They explained the process and 'fixed' a few builder problems which remain undetected to the builder!
Particular credit to Mark Stevens (sales guy) who was excellent, attentive and provided advice (way beyond the call of duty) throughout the process.
We would recommend them to any one wishing for Krittal copy doors at a great price.
