I had a problem with my account.
And it was solved super fast.
Thank you.

I had an issue with a transaction that needed to be canceled. They solved it in less than 24 hours.

OET classes
I planned to book one lesson with Anthea for the OET test. It was so good that I booked two more! She was great and very helpful. Verbling was easy to use as well.

Easy to write notes, view them, and switch back between them and seeing one's teacher. Only problem is that sometimes the picture freezes and the sound is delayed.

The interface of Verbling is usefull, you can easly book courses, find back your homework, the documents your teacher shared with you.

You can choose your teacher from differents country, level, subject about language learning. for example if you looking for a pronounciation expert you can find that in this platform.

Verbling is really the BEST platform to learn and teach languages. The tools available for both teacher and students in the virtual classroom make the teaching and learning experience extremenly meaningful.

They waste your time by suggesting tutors that don’t show up and simply credit your account what you already paid.

Great service! Adriano was great helping me with a problem with a payment!

The website is easy to use and there are a wide range of tutors to choose from.

I contacted Verbling for a couple of questions regarding english lessons for kids. They replied very kindly in few hours with all the information required.

Changing Teachers
I had a lesson owed me from before covid. I couldn't see it on my Verbling Ac. This was rectified by help line.
I booked new lessons and they were assigned to my previous teacher. She said she wasnt able to teach now. It was explained by Adriano at support that I must delete each lesson and get a refund. Then I needed to rebook with another teacher. This system was not the simplest thing to do. Adriano sorted out the problem quickly.

I am enjoying my learning experience with verbling and the instructors are really professional and helpful.

The best web if you want to improve your language level. Game-chanching, since I use verbling my French got a boost! Friendly and intuitive platform + amazing teachers.

An excellent service was extremely helpful staff members.

Honestly, this is the best platform ever. I use it daily to teach and sometimes to learn as a student and I think it’s the best online website to learn a language

My instructor is awesome. I followed him from another platform that booted him for some stupid policy they had. Glad he’s available on yours.

Verbling has offered me a chance to speak with a native speaker at a time of my choosing and it has been a very positive experience. Reminders are sent , the platform summarises the lesson and emails the vocabulary used. Logging in has been easy and the connection good quality. I highly recommend it.
