It's very intuitive and easy to navigate thru the page. My experience with the tutors has been great also. Despite there's a lot of apps and IA to practice a new language, it wouldn't never substitute a real teacher.

It’s the tutors they use

It’s the tutors they use! Take my French tutor Nicolas Jean. I have been having French conversation classes with him for a number of years now. He has a really good sense of humour, corrects my errors using the chat facility on Zoom/Teams while being really relaxed as I talk away prompting me gently or with a bit of translating. He speaks fluent English/ Spanish. And I’ve noticed the improvements on visits to France!

I have been thoroughly impressed with…

I have been thoroughly impressed with Verbalplanet. The service is efficient and completely reliable. I have been studying French with an excellent tutor for a few months and have been delighted with the progress and the quality of the instruction. A top-tier platform for language learning.

Agi is the best!

Agi is the best! The hour flies by every time. She is an excellent teacher, not just presenting information from a book, she has a very deep understanding on how to teach the language.

Good : Easy navigating and booking, though expensive, BUT NO REFUND FOR CANCELLED LESSONS, even when many days in advance

Good :
- easy booking
- easy payment
- email recap new bookings
- email 24h hours prior to each lesson, as reminder

VERY DISSATISFYING :
- No REFUND any more of cancelled lessons, even far in advance. Intolerable.
Used to be possible until a couple of years ago.
- Cost of the lesson : Far too expensive for an online 50-min session. About 16 USD!

Gordon fantastic teacher

Gordon is a fantastic teacher and a great motivator . His lesson are fully of empaty and complete with information and details . Mine is a wonderful path of knowledge of the English language!
